Great atmosphere. Clara's power yoga is one of the best yoga classes I have ever been to. :) Definitely recommend.

I used to take classes from YUJ before they moved to this studio. I am a novice but the instructor/owner Clara has a way of encouraging and motivating the class. Challenging yet super effective and I do enjoy thoroughly.

Great atmosphere and awesome staff who never too busy to assist or support a new recruit to the yoga scene which I am. Lots of varied class styles and levels to choose from and very accommodating class times. Give it a try you won't regret it.

Amazing yoga place to start!!! The instructors were excellent and, especially, Clara was so friendly and professional. The studio was spacious and clean. Really good vibes! Highly recommended!!

Yuj yoga provides a wide range of different types of yoga. The teachers there are very knowledgeable and nice. I would suggest doing power yoga if you want an intense workout.Awesome Yuj Yoga Toronto!!!
