The store doesn't protect their customers. They got rid of a security guard who was pointing out the door assistants wrongful behavior towards customers they thought were stealing. Their AP (Kasey Kent) is a biased liberal as well.

Worst customer service ever. I absolutely hate this store and the people who work here. They are so rude and I dread every time I go here. It's not that I want to, economy gives me no choice and ontario is limited to places to shop. Today while there they had only 1 register open that wasn't self checkout and the register part where the customer can see prices ringing up was broke so I was unable to see what price I was being charged. There were several other registers available but they chose the broken one. When did Walmart stop caring about the consumer?? Have you forgotten we the consumers are whe keep you in business and pay your wages. They have a clearance isle and I always go check it out, they had some dented can goods but no price on them, I checked the price in the regular stock and I was charged the same price when checking out. What a liar and rip off you are.

The only complaint I have is that they have completely gone bagless and are proud of it (announcing it over the intercom). Bags are nothing but a convenience for the customer, so by taking them away, they make it inconvenient to shop there. I myself shop online and have a trunk full of bags that I reuse. I used to reuse the bags that they handed out for free as garbage bags for my bathroom. I still have many, but once I run out, I guess I’ll have to buy garbage bags (or shop in Idaho), which completely makes it pointless for Oregon to get rid of bags by forcing people to buy more bags. It doesn’t solve any problems. It just creates them. The knuckleheads in office just don’t get it. What’s next? No more shopping carts?

Bought some vitamins, the outer seal looked OK, and the inner foil seal was broken and some were missing. Hair color, the tape looked fine, contents had been tampered with. I can't say this is walmart's fault, but it is irritating. Also, if a store can not offer plastic bags, they could offer paper bags?

Always a great experience when using the online ordering and curbside pick-up! It's simply the best!

Excellent Store. Very clean, well organized, huge selection and staff are overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. The manager should be proud of the store he runs and his excellent staff. Thanks for a great visit on our holiday travels.

Grocery Department isn’t kept faced and filled during business hours, many items on shelves are damaged, a lot don’t have price tags (so good luck comparing costs), and many popular items are either chronically out-of-stock or have disappeared completely from shelves. There aren’t enough employees available to help shoppers reach overstock left on the out-of-reach upper shelves, when lower shelves have run out. It’s too hard to do a big grocery shopping trip here, anymore, because the current checkout counters aren’t built to hold a reasonable number of items and there are never enough Hosts to accommodate a disabled or otherwise incapacitated customer’s need for help checking their groceries. (Grocery Ordering is a toss up— they’re frequently out of items and substitutions don’t always work out.) I hate shopping here, now, and have taken the bulk of my local shopping business to WinCo, Grocery Outlet, and Albertson’s. I wish Walmart hadn’t made all these customer-alienating changes and hope they revert back to a more accommodating set-up.

I know everyone says all Walmart stores are the same but this store while smaller than some offers something most Walmart's don't which is amazingly friendly staff. While there are a few bad apples most of the employees turn into friends and are always willing to help. They offer a great selection despite being one of the smaller Walmart locations. We always end up leaving with far more than we came for. This is a fun store to shop at.
