Just an amazing company. I buy countertops a few times a year and so far this is the best company in London by far. You actually see and pick what you're getting and the staff is wonderful. They delivered way before the expected date too. I will only ever use them moving forward.

First time using them on a Client's recommendation. As a Contractor, we've had many different places do work for us and honestly, most were really good.The Customer Service from Riley at the office, the Templater and the guys that completed the install was top rate. The finished product was installed ahead of schedule and looks really fantastic.We will be using them for our next kitchen without a doubt.

Classic was recommended to us and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Riley looked after us in the office and she and the rest of the staff were all so pleasant and professional to deal with. Riley helped us make the right choice for the quartz countertop we had installed. They answered every last question we had about the process and the in the end installed the countertop quicker than we expected and exactly on budget. We would recommend Classic to anyone.

Very impressed by the finished product, the operations and the entire staff .... sales, admin, craftsmen, installers. (Cindy, Melissa, +++, Albert). A new, larger TV meant the old TV console wouldn't work. Instead of buying an entirely new console, we creatively found the perfect granite to top the existing piece of furniture and complement the room. Thank you for your professionalism, product knowledge, experienced craftsmen, installers and timeliness. The new TV arrives tomorrow. Here's the finished product (granite Neptune) with the old TV.

Excellent pricing, service and installation of our quartz kitchen countertops.There were a couple of small manufacturing blemishes on one of the pieces but Classic responded immediately to fix the issue. Very pleased that we chose Classic, we’ll use them again for our bathrooms.

Wow! We unfortunately got a chip by the sink and Classic Granite came highly recommended. We NEVER through it would come out as beautifully as it did. You can't see the location at all, it's as good as NEW, THANK YOU! Your service and expertise is exceptional. Great staff to work with! I had a terrible experience with this company. They are completely unprofessional. I went in looking for marble countertops. I saw a few slabs that I loved. I was told they were sold. I asked to order more and was told that the price was 1000-2000$ more for the same product. They said that the stone industry is like a fish market and prices change daily. (The company I ended up using guaranteed the price for 3 months.) So, I waited for another marble slab to come in. Every time I went in the same slab, I wanted was still there despite over a month and a half later. They finally agree to sell it to me. I put the 50%deposit they asked and signed the paperwork. Before I signed, I requested they not spraying a sealant. I was going to apply a different product. They agreed. I waited a few months for them to template as it was Christmas and they were very busy. In February they called and said Sorry bad news

Outstanding customer service from the first contact to last payment. The team at the shop, measurement and installation were just amazing. I am so happy with the final result of it. The chosen stone was quartz.

Thanks Tammy for making picking out counter tops so much fun. I appreciate your time spent with me explaining the various types of materials, and showing me the various slabs available. Also your knowledge in design ideas and concepts was so helpful. We are so excited to get them installed. I will be referring everyone that needs countertops to go see you!

Classic Granite and Marble did fantastic work. We were very pleased with their work. Have received alot of compliments on how great our kitchen looks. Cindy was very good at showing us the different stones and explaining the differences to us, as well as helping us pick one that would match with our floor. Joel came and measured our counters and the installers were excellent. We picked quartzite countertops and when they cut the stone the colour flowed very good where they had to match the countertops. We would highly recommend them for any kitchen work. They were exactly on the time frame they had mentioned and installed them a couple of days earlier. Here are some pictures of our kitchen renovations. We had our cupboards painted dove white from oak and then had the quartizite countertops installed and then the backsplash done.
