They are very punctual, friendly, communicate well and provide very detailed reports post-service, which is very important for those of us who are Airbnb/VRBO hosts. Alex was meticulous and treated my car better than I do. After recently purchasing a 12 year old car, I was in the market for a detailing service in the hopes of adding some shine to the paint. Alex addressed this and went above and beyond. Upon picking up my vehicle I was astonished by the quality of work done, never before could my door panels be used as a mirror. I recommend BioClean to anyone who is obsessed with their paint.

I purchased a gift card for a friend to have her house cleaned as a gift. They cancelled her appointment when she booked online. I have called this company multiple times- nobody has returned my call. She tried to book another appointment online again and it was also cancelled. This nice gift of a few cleans or one deep clean of her house is turning out to be a headache for both of us. I called to try and get a refund of my gift card and nobody is calling me back, or my friend who the gift card was for for back.
