Expensive, slow service with sub-standard customer service. Service was better once owner got involved but unfortunate that it had to get to that point.

We had an excellent experience with Adam! Adam did a survey for us back in 2013, and he quoted us a price which he followed through with. Yesterday, almost eight years later, I emailed Adam requesting an electronic copy of our survey, and in less than 10 minutes I received it. This morning I also requested an AutoCAD copy of the survey for the builder to work with and again I received the same prompt service as I had the day before. I thank Adam for his professionalism and quick responses. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to have a survey done.

Even during busy summer months, Simon Kasprzak and co delivered what they promised. The team was clear with next steps and involved me during the surveying process. The surveyor in the field was flexible and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the outcomes. The office staff were quick to get back to me during the entire process. Extremely Costly an small corner lot $1500-$2000

I guess you can charge whatever you want when youre the only surveyor in the area. $3000 for a property report on a small property? Disgusting.

Terrible, can't be trusted! Adam is extremely unprofessional, he doesn't return calls and price quotes keep changing without any variation to the work/agreement. Do not waist your money with this guy!
