Dor-Co Garage Doors

3rd door company that I’ve called to get a door and still can’t get anyone to do anything, left all my info, gave measurements and month later have not heard from anyone.

Been waiting 2 weeks for a call back for someone to come give me a quote for a residential garage door. Guess they have to much business to call people back.

Need anyone's garage doors this is the best place to go

I had Dor-Co come and fix my father-in-law after his passing. They told me it was fixed. The problem was not resolved. I called them back and explained that the door still wasn't working. I explained what was going on. Then I got a phone call telling me what they had done. I feel like they were saying I didn't know what I was talking about.They told me they would call me back and reschedule that was 2 weeks ago and heard nothing back from you. So I called another company's and they came and repair ed it the same day. I will never use Dor- Co again they

the install was great, they came back shortly after install to adjust left side of door because it was rubbing pretty bad. this summer I noticed the rubbing was still continuing, But now all of the rubbing for the past months has caused the rubber gasket at the bottom of the door to start to tear-- this part should never tear as it should only compress to form a seal , when installed correctly. When they informed me this summer that a service call fee would apply, I reminded them that this issue was for the very same reason they had come to correct their install in the past. The company rep, Al, said he would check this out and get back to me--That was 3 MONTHS AGO AND STILL WAITING!!!! Way to go DOR-CO-----LOUSY SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called DorCo at 2pm and they had a service tech to my house within half of an hour. Larry was awesome. He was kind, considerate, quick and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He left the jobsite as clean as he found it. He was in and out within the hour and did a superb job. Well done Dor-Co.

No complaints. Called in the morning for a broken spring and wire, was scheduled for the afternoon the next day but a technician was in the area that afternoon and stopped by to see if I wanted it fixed that day. I was home, so naturally said yes. So far, no issues. Will update if anything changes.

Good service and knowledgeable, but sometimes you have to wait a long time for someone to come and help you.

Panels left open, wires hanging, added charge, etc.

They have everything you could need for garage doors. Jackshaft door openers are pretty cool.
