Straightforward process, friendly and professional staff, and quick wait time (I went at 1 pm on a Monday).

I called at 8:30am to ask if this location does walk-ins. They don't, but the receptionist got me in for 10am that same day! Staff was really friendly and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Really bad, super slow. 5 minutes work, they took over 1.5 hours. After the x-ray was done, they still keep you wait for half hour. We were told doctor need to approve the photo before he allowed you go.

I read all these reviews before my first time for the HSG X Ray test.Most low-rated reviews made me upset.While I have to say,my experience here is awesome.Mrs.Lynn,the receptionist here was caring and nice.Dr.Rubin is gentle and professional.Not pain at all.Great thanks to the doctor and nurses.Highly recommended!

Horrible Customer Service. The Desk receptionist could not read my doctors information. And made me look up all the info myself via google on my cell phone. When I stated she can do this herself, she said would wouldn’t check me in otherwise. I then had to spell my doctors name and hold my phone photo up for her to copy the info over. She even asked me to zoom in and scroll for her!Finally they had me call my doctors office to get the to fax number from them. When I was trying to give the reception at West Coast Imaging the number with my doctors office on the line, the receptionist moved away from me, and started having a conversation with a coworker at the next work station.Zero hospitality or accountability/ownership for her work.Furthermore, four staff members in the area when I was leaving, not even a bye or have a nice day from anyone one of them.

I'm so surprised to see any negative reviews! The staff here were so incredibly kind and everything was so timely. They were very clean too. Would highly recommend this location.

I highly recommend this medical centre. The staff there are professional and caring. MOA Lynn was very patient and helpful. Dr. Rubin was gentle and explained every step clearly. The nurse was so kind. I was very anxious about my procedure going in, and I got lost trying to find the center which escalated my anxiety, but I got there and luckily they were kind enough to slot me in despite being late. Throughout and after my procedure I felt taken care of. Thank you to all the staff there.

I walked in with no booking slot and was processed very efficiently. X-Ray technician was very helpful and COVID-conscious, sanitizing after every x-Ray. I would recommend this location to anyone.

This location was beyond excellent to deal with. I had to bring my mom, who has dementia, in for xrays and didn't know they closed for lunch. It's a challenge to get my mom anywhere as she is not very mobile so when we arrived just before 12, well after their last available appointment" before lunch
