I and my wife took our second dose of Vaccine at this location today ( 3rd July 2021). Facility is clean and well organized. When we reached, We found they already had printed version of our questionnaire including health card details. They verified our answers and within five minutes of interval, both of us got vaccine. It was quick and very efficient service. Thank you.

Booked my vaccine thru Rexall website. Mixed up the date and showed up on the 12th rather than the 13th. Pharmacist was awsome and was able to accommodate me as I am a rotational worker working in mining. The best!!!

The store is good but the pharmacy staff and owner is not customer focused. They have poor customer service and have disagreed with prescriptions, tried to change brands several times after being told not to and they are very rude. We are never going back to this pharmacy as we have had poor customer experience here multiple times. On two occasions when I showed up to pick up the prescription they claimed to call us at home which they never called at all and they did not have the prescription ready.

Always helpful and happy. This is the only pharmacy I've been going to during the pandemic. Post office staff are really nice too.

The staff were extremely helpful on my visit today and helped me find an item. Very clean bright store. I did not use their pharmacy. Lots of parking.

Really wanted to give this store more stars as it was very clean and well organized. The floor plan was nice and open and for a smaller store they had a good selection of the most popular brands. But the staff were not inviting or nor did they even seem to care to help a customer with questions. A smile never hurt and friendlier service would make a huge difference

Management has some explaining to do for not supplying trash bins out front of the store or inside. Are the employees to lazy to take out trash. Put trash bins out or there will be litter

This location is refusing to honour an advertised sale on gift cards. Select brand gift cards are advertised as 20% off both instore (directly on the gift card rack) and in the flyer on the front page however both the sales associate and manager refused to honour the sale and suggested I purchase at full price. The manager informed me a corporate email had gone out to all Rexall locations informing them of a glitch in the system preventing the discount on gift cards. She assured me this was an issue with EVERY store and not just this location before dismissing me with another you can purchase them at full price. I confirmed she was lying when I called other stores in Durham Region to find out that no corporate email went out, there was never a glitch and all the store had already sold $100s of discounted gift cards. This store is refusing to honour the sale as I suspected they don’t want to take the hit for the discount. All the cards which are on sale are also on sale at Canadian Tire please take your business there to avoid being disappointed

This has been my drug store of choice for many years. Originally it was an IDA store owned by a local resident/pharmacist and the service was always excellent. Since being taken over by Rexall there have been a few instances where I was not happy with the pharmacy service. Last Friday I phoned to renew 2 prescriptions and was told they would be ready by noon Saturday. Didn't get there until Monday, when I was told one of them was out of stock and would not be available until May. The pharmacist was going to fax my doctor about a substitute. As of 6 p.m. Tuesday I had not had a call to tell me what was happening. So, I called back. First I was told the doctor had not replied, then the person taking my call realized he was looking at the wrong name, and said that my doctor had indeed replied and the substitute was ready for pickup. I feel that in both instances I should have been informed of the status of my prescription order. I do not feel this is satisfactory service at all.
