My main Windows machine glitched badly and would not boot after a power bump. The C drive was not visible, even using a SATA-USB adapter on my other system. DataPros managed to recover all the data, especially the data that had not made it to my backups. After their diagnostic assessment, they clearly explained the costs and risks before proceeding. I rarely give reviews and almost never 5 star ratings, but DataPros deserve the nod.

Datapros are lifesavers! I thought I lost decades worth of important documents and pictures after dropping my hard drive while it was running. Thankfully I found Datapros and they recovered every single file on my hard drive! Everything was transferred to a separate drive for me and they save your data for 2 weeks just in case. They were transparent about all their prices and there were no hidden fees. Gerald and his team were so great to work with and provided amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of data recovery. They really are the pros!

My 2008 iMac died with a some important documents and a bunch of travel photos on it. Apple said they couldn't do anything since the computer was so old. Gerald and his team were able to recover all my files and photos from the computer and got it saved to an external hard drive. Very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them!

Poor customer relations and service. As a not-for-profit organisation, we were looking to clone an old hard-drive to a new SSD. Datapros was initially keen on helping when we spoke on the phone. However, after the service was provided, we were told that the new SSD might not work. Customers are to be warned of any potential issues that can be encountered during the process PRIOR to money exchanging hands. For me, the worst part was the customer experience. They we rude and belligerent (have emails to prove it).UPDATE: The dishonesty can be seen in the emails. Prior to posting my review, datapros indicated that they cannot do anything further for me. However, after the review was posted, I get a barrage of emails stating how they are willing to try other methods (why was this not offered initially). I tried to reach out with an email and a voicemail, and neither received any response. NOTE: Customer service and excellence is put to the test when things do not go as planned.
