Over the years i have had many of my commercial mortgages materialized from inception to conclusion through OMJ Team. Their understanding of the industry, and the service provision second to none. I am confident to put my trust in Omid/Masoum team, and as such have seen results beyond expectation.

I have worked with OMJ Mortgage Capital specifically Morteza Sadeghi (Morty) on a few occasions and have been more than impressed with every transaction. I recently closed my mortgage with OMJ Mortgage Capital. I’ve been dealing with the banks directly since I first knew or heard about mortgages. The OMJ team worked to get me the best deal available. Unfortunately, my bank was not able to approve me to the mortgage amount I required. The OMJ Mortgage team helped place my mortgage with an A lender with better rate and service than my current bank which I’ve been dealing with for well over a decade. This experience has allowed me to understand why I should go to a mortgage broker instead of a bank. Moving forward all financing for my real estate transactions will be completed via OMJ Mortgage. Besides everything I mentioned, their friendly approach, experience and education on financing made a stressful financing situation into a positive experience.

OMJ Mortgage helped me when I was trapped with several properties and a new deal in 2010. They are a very strong team and I recommend them with great satisfaction. I believe we need strong people like them rather than making excuse that it does not working.
