Horrible location. Twice now I've had staff attempt to overcharge. Today was charged $40 for a bacon deluxe combo and chicken burger (non combo) was given no receipt but I thought it was too much was quickly given a refund in cash. The previous time was charged and got a confirmation on my phone and was told it didn't work I showed them confirmation and the dude working drive thru got angry at me and said fine I'll just give it to you. Definitely scamming people double check your receipts and ask for one and make sure you aren't being scammed if you are going to this location

To Wendy's Airdrie & placed take out order. 1 #1, and 1 #2. He asked what we had ordered second and again said 1 #2. But when we got home we only had 2 #1s, but had paid for a #2. NOT impressed w/ Wendy's Airdrie!!!!

Got an order from drive thru and it was the worst burger I've had from Wendy's, the meat was dry and cold and the bun was stale it tasted like it was left out for a day then served with new toppings. Disgusting.

I don't get it? We don't have a Wendy's in our city. A lot of people in our city are crazy for getting one. We were on a holiday and I thought I would try it again. The food was ok. The price, to me, seemed higher than my go-to place. The price I was charged didn't match the menu. I was told my burger had 3 slices of bacon. A slice of bacon is about 8 or 10 inches long. These 3 slices were about 3 inches long. Having said all that, the burger was ok. I didn't think it was anything special. The seating area was small. So, it was ok, but nothing special.

Worst experience at any Wendy’s ever. Chicken burgers had almost no lettuce. Tomato was not on my burger either. All burgers were squished. I personally do not like ordering delivery from Wendy’s but this just reassures it. This location was great at first but has slowly been going down hill.December 2022Restaurant serves breakfast till 10:30. Arrive in drive thru at 10:23 and get told no more breakfast. Change your breakfast hours if you’re not going to honor them.

Went through drive-thru. Manager charged me twice for one order. She insisted that payment didn't go through and wouldn't give me my order even after proving that she charged me twice. 0/10 customer service. Stealing money from customers.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Customer service is seriously lacking at this location. Ordered food for pick up tonight. My boyfriend went in to grab our dinner and had to wait an abnormal amount of time when the app stated it had been ready for 10 minutes already. As soon as he came outside one of the employees locked the door behind him. As he got to the car we checked the bag and it wasn’t even our food. We tried to go back inside but again, the door was locked. The staff were clearly looking at us out the window. A female employee who I assume was a manager or supervisor brought food to another customer outside. I spoke up and said we got the wrong order. She snatched the food from my hand and locked the door behind her again. She finally came out with our correct order. No apology or anything. Total attitude on this one. I work in the customer service industry and I was appalled at how we were treated. Will not be back.

Love the food but not the service. I think they can do better. Every customer feels just like a number. A smile will make a big difference.
