We recently completed a main floor and kitchen renovation with LPC paired with Paragon kitchens in Guelph and we could not be happier! Ben and his team did a fabulous job turning our awkward, small living space into an amazing open concept main floor. From start to finish, Ben, Sean, and Jono were accommodating (even through a pandemic!) meticulous, friendly, and excellent at what they do, not to mention all around great folks! LPC recently completed a main floor remodel of my townhouse. They transformed a basic kitchen/dining/living room layout into a beautiful open concept kitchen/living area.Ben and LPC were recommended to me by Paragon kitchens. After talking to Ben for the first time, I knew that my renovation was in good hands. Within the first few weeks of our initial meeting, Ben had arranged site visits by the architect, electrician and plumbers and was able to provide me with a detailed estimate for the job. As the project went on, unforseen changes to the original plan had to be made. The changes/costs were discussed with me right away and the issues were quickly resolved preventing delays to the schedule. The project was completed in close to the original estimated time and budget.The project was well managed from beginning to end. I knew at the beginning of the week what work was scheduled. At the end of each day, I was given a summary of what had been done and what was planned for the next day. If there was any change, I was informed right away and given possible solutions. The communication was amazing!The LPC team of Sean, Addison and Jono were great to have working on my house. They were friendly, respectful, and very helpful answering all my daily questions. They left the work areas in my home in tidy and clean at the end of each day. Their attention to detail during the renovation is evident in the quality of the final product. The subcontractors brought in by LPC were also excellent.Overall, I am extremely happy my new main floor and am very pleased with the job that the LPC team did on it. They were a pleasure to work with throughout the project and I would definitely recommend them!

I first started working with Ben on a traditional plaster project at the AGO - Grange House. We later worked on several home renovation projects of varying sizes. Throughout the construction Ben and his team were ensuring the Client's interests were met, and proactively building and planning for all the project details. They are team players and were a resource for resolving found conditions - without compromising the design or opting for the easiest solution. The level of communication provided by Ben to the Client and Architect is some of the best I've experienced. I would recommend Ben and his team for your next home renovation.

LPC completed the renovation of two bathrooms in a century old house. It was a complex project but it was executed flawlessly and we are really happy to have worked with Ben and his team at LPC.First, the quality of the project was outstanding. Ben was always willing to discuss options and accommodate requests and preferences. He was patient with us at all times. He provided clear updates on every stage of the project and well-written weekly status reports. He also billed exactly what he said he would bill. His sub-contractors were all well-selected and delivered quality work as well. When unforeseen circumstances arose - which they did - he provided clear, costed options. The team exercised the utmost care in all their work, and cleaned after themselves at the end of every day.We enjoyed working with Ben and his team so much that we didn't want them to leave. I was literally going through my head trying to find something else they could do.

LPC Construction worked with Paragon Kitchens to complete a full kitchen renovation over the Christmas holidays. Ben and his team did everything possible to minimize the stress and disruption on my family through the holidays. Ben and Sean have an excellent eye for details and are proactive and creative in solving problems as they arise. I have worked with several different contractors on various projects over the years and LPC is by far the best. Ben communicates clearly and frequently. His subtrades were excellent. I never had to worry because he is organized, on top of things and has a great attitude. The project took exactly the amount of time that they predicted even with delays due to weather and the Christmas holidays. I will definitely call LPC for my next project.

We recently completed a kitchen renovation partnered with Paragon Kitchens and LPC Construction. We could not be happier! Ben and his crew, Sean & Jim were amazing. There was constant ongoing communication, they were always on site when they said they would be and the site was always left in a tidy manner. Just prior to commencing our project, I made changes, I decided a wall needed to be removed…..I was a little worried how that would be received as there was a plan in place. Ben promptly assessed the changes, consulted an Engineer and quickly revised the action plan and made it happen all still within the scheduled time frame. Having worked with LPC Construction (The Lime Plaster Company) on a couple projects spanning several months, I have only praise for Ben and his team. They are consistently professional, collegial, friendly, and do outstanding work. It is a pleasure to install millwork in areas and on surfaces prepared by Ben and his fellow craftsmen. The surfaces are true and plumb, and Ben notifies you in advance of any irregularities in the existing structure.LPC maintain consistent excellence: communication is timely, relevant, and clear; Ben is habitually accessible; and they keep the project moving forward, anticipating roadblocks and developing appropriate solutions. From start to finish LPC Construction was fabulous to work with. Ben was excellent at communicating through all aspects of the job from the consultation to start date, during and even after the job was completed. All of the tradespeople that were in the house were very professional, excellent at trouble shooting, and pleasant to have in my home.Ben and his team went above and beyond to keep the job moving forward on schedule, traveling through terrible weather and bringing in extra people when needed. They also listened to my requests and made special custom pieces to fit what we wanted: a secure wooden insert in the wall to attach a shelf by our treadmill and a higher plug for the t.v., a built in closet" in the guest room
