The buying experience was great. My A4 was written off and I was without a car so it was a stressful time, but Kingston Audi helped make it a little easier. My sales rep Leslie made sure I was happy from start to finish. Jason, the F&I manager was pressure-free and made the process easy. Even the staff I didn't deal with were always friendly and welcomed me by name when I went in. This is the first dealership I've been to that didn't feel like the employees were thirsty for commission. I'll be back when it's time to upgrade!

I am new to the city and needed tires for my Q5. I dealt with Jamie in parts and he was very helpful and gave me a better price on the exact same tires that I had quoted elsewhere. He even informed me that I could get smaller tires for the winter which would save me money.Very impressed with my first visit to the dealership

I picked up my 3rd Q5 today (moved up to the hybrid model). I love the product! And the sales person Alex was terrific to work with. He patiently walked me through all the new features of the vehicle but shared a few user tips to make life easier as well. He took the extra timeto make sure I was totally comfortable before leaving the lot. Thanks Alex for a great sales experience!
