My favorite dessert in the entire world I would recommend to anyone. There are great options for dairy free and other dietary specifics. Even during covid they are still doing amazing work.

In taking my niece's boy's the service was exceptional~being the only client's in the retail location the staff were so very patient with the boy's questions, comments and little mishaps~boy's will be boy's~the store is cheerfully decorated, layed out and fun atmosphere for little one's~all Covid-19 safety measures in place for clients from directional arrows, feet placements, hand sanitizers, masks, continuous cleaning of all surfaces, social distancing etc.~it's a great place for the kid's to have a fun outing during these Coronavirus times~it brings smiles to adult faces watching the kid's faces light up with all the choices of toppings, ice-cream flavors etc. Also great price points.

Everything about Menchie's Thunder Bay is awesome. The store is really clean and the staff are super friendly. I really like the self-serve fro-yo bar and the huge selection of toppings to make it just the way you want. I have also been to a kids birthday party there and it was well organized by the staff and the kids had a blast.

I love Menchie's!There sundaes are super delicious and very customizable to your liking.The staff is superb, they're very polite and they put effort into there work!Would recommend!

Frozen Yogurt place with tons of toppings to make it how you want it.Downside was the watermelon slices were hard from sitting out for so long.Cake batter, vanilla, and chocolate frozen yogurt were delicious!

I would have given 5 stars but it seems seems everytime I go lately they don't have my favorite flavour, blue raspberry tart. The other flavours are good though.

absolutely awesome! we use this place as a bribe for my son to do his school work.he jumped 4 reading levels in a week.I wish there was a local page that I could see what the flavours are that week (not sure how often they change their yogurts)
