MBS Fitness

I have been looking for a nice gym with Kick Boxing Bags where I can have my routine Kick Boxing Workouts. I found this place 3 months ago and I love it. The owner (Itay) is an incredible guy!

I have a disability and I want to work out. I found MBS Fitness and emailed them, letting them know that I have a physical disability, and I can’t walk. They got back to me and said that they have highly trained trainer suited for my disability. Yesterday, I went there because I had an appointment. One, I couldn’t even get into the building. It was not assessable. Two, the trainer was not there. Someone made a nice gesture that they would pay for the next session and let me know if my trainer is coming in, but I have not heard from them all day.Overall, if you have a disability and you want to work out it’s not the place for you.

MBS Fitness feels like a second home! Everyone's so friendly and it's such a nice environment! They also have a basketball court where I love to do my warm ups in! Etai (the owner) is also SUPER friendly and always makes me feel welcome!

Amazing gym with amazing staff. All their workout equipment is always clean and tidy along with the rest of the place. Basketball court is perfect. Great price. They have a bunch of great classes too. Highly recommend

I joined this gym a couple months ago after trying several other places and I’m so happy that I did! Everyone here has such nice and caring energy. The owner is so friendly and knows everyone at the gym by their name. I also took some training sessions with Jack and those were amazing! Overall my experience here has been great and I definitely recommend giving this place try!

I love this gym, it’s super clean and even during peak hours it’s not busy. It’s also 24 hours so it perfect for late night workouts.

What a fantastic place to get your fit on, healthy positive vibes with an *absolutely awesome* owner and crew! They are happy to help answer questions and work with you to their best, for your best! Aside from loving their tunes lol, they have a really cool and intuitively designed logo to match the gym's spirit, and a great dedication to help you feel your best! Staying true to their motto, and full of legit moxie! My family felt very welcome and comfortable here, and we're thankful we were referred to this amazing gym by a great friend of ours! Even have some nice boxing equipment available, a basketball court, and a host of added benefits and options to try. ((Of course the thought of puppy yoga is hugely tempting!)) Thank you all for the experience, and anyone looking to go on a new fitness journey or even continue one, look no further! All shapes and sizes going down a road of confidence and boosting our health together! And they have a dry sauna available in their locker/washrooms facilities as a bonus. ;)

Beauty of a gym! This is a nice escape from the overcrowded corporate gyms when you want to have an uninterrupted workout. I've dropped in here for a workout when I was in the area and had a few small group training camps. Great owner, solid knowledgeable staff and just the right amount of space for group workouts.
