I went to his office to get a prescription filled. However, the door was (all-time) locked, so I dialed the front desk. The lady only allowed me to wait outside while she retrieved my file. It was midday, and the sun was scorching directly overhead. After about 5 minutes, the lady emerged, holding a money receiving device and my prescription. At the same time, a courier arrived and went straight into the office, leaving me outside to settle the payment.I am a customer, but is this how you treat your customers? There is no doubt that they only want my money (not even a thank you!) and are not interested in serving me.  Dr. Wong You were my family doctor, so I knew you. You are a good doctor. But I'm afraid you'll have to re-train your staff on how to treat customers properly.Reply to Owner:What a brilliant excuse! There are numerous ways to reduce traffic flow in the office: why don't you email the prescription and charge me by credit card over the phone? Or make an appointment for me to come by. Instead of keeping your customers outside by the door, you should space out the appointments. By the way, there was no one in the office when I arrived.Your response disappointed me so much! Dr. Wong and Dr. Lee were very professional and knowledgable. I went for a PRP treatment and filler and I was genuinely very happy with the results. My skin had a visible glow after the treatments and I feel younger for sure! The staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely go back again for more treatments.

I remembered when I first came into this clinic and met Dr. Phoebe Wong in 2018 after I came back from my summer vacation and got tan spots all over my feet from wearing sandals outside without putting any sunscreen on. Fortunately, Dr. Wong, who is a great dermatologist and person, always goes out of the extraordinary and helped me get rid of all my tan spots after he prescribed me some whitening cream to apply on to. I was very pleased with the result after and had learned so much from then on about skin care. I still have some damaged skin that I want to get rid of, so I will definitely come back in the future for that! Great service, staff and doctor! Clinic is very clean and everyone is very nice. Really enjoyed my time there and worth the money! Hopefully Richmond Laser Skin Care will continue to grow and do well because it’s the best place to go to for skin care treatment.

Nice staff and modern, clean office. I've been to different dermatologists for my skin condition. I've found Dr Phoebus Wong was very knowledgeable, and gentle. He was able to explain the procedures well, and did great work for my skin. Highly recommended!

Great location, very professional, courteous and helpful service. Doctor Wong is a miracle worker, no nonsense and to the point. I always walk out looking better than I expected and with a very short recovery. For what you get, the prices are very competitive too.

Went back to see Dr. Wong again in November, my last time was about 3 years ago. And this is also the first time I do treatments there, since they have a promotion. The treatment is for my acne scars and it was quite painful even after the pain-killing cream that they put on me, but the result is pretty amazing (after about 6 weeks now). Comparing to the other doctors that I have seen, Dr. Wong is very easy going and he made my time in the clinic sounds fun more than intimidating, that's why I still choose to go back to him for treatments…some doctor will put up a straight face and quite snobbish at times, as if the patients are not uptight enough with the treatments they are undergoing. I will recommend others to go for their acne treatments if not afraid of pain.

I go to Tracy for skincare treatments here and my skin as improved so much thanks to the time and care she has taken with me. I have acne-prone skin that results in PIE and she is like a time machine for speeding up it's healing. With her help a red spot that used to take one to two years to resolve disappears in a couple months. She is also really knowledgeable when it comes to other products and treatments that have helped my skin type and problems, but is never pushy and I never feel like she is trying to sell me anything. On top of this all she's also a really sweet person and I always enjoy going in to see her!

So, it's been a week since I had PICO done on my face. As an Asian, my face is covered in freckles. I wonder if I was a red head in my past life. Anyway, I am so happy with the results. My skin is almost flawless, the texture so much more smooth, the pores also smaller. PICO is known to have no downtime. But with my freckles, I did have bumps all over where freckles were. Then it scabbed. Some lasted a few days. And by today (exactly a week later), all scabs have disappeared. I am already so pleased with the results. I wonder how flawless my skin will look after I've completed all the treatments. I can't wait til I get my next treatment. Does it hurt? Well, I suppose I have little tolerance to pain, so I went in 1/2 hour earlier for numbing cream. There's a new girl, Nicole, who helped me put on the cream. She put on a very thin layer ever so gently while also massaging my face. She was super sweet. It almost looked as if there was no numbing cream on. But it worked well with the cold air they provided during treatment.The day after I went back for another session of the so called yellow light" which helps with healing. The scabs that were on my face does not look like your regular scab you get when you get. It's flush to the face. So

Been to this place a few times already. It's a busy clinic but the staff are helpful enough whenever I have questions or need assistance. I went there for laser and botox too and every time they took photos of me to keep track of progress, so not sure why the other user need to take photo with her own camera.I also spent a few thousand dollars for treatment but comparing to the other clinics in Vancouver offering the same treatment, this place is the cheapest. I always check prices before I go for any treatments.
