Staff were excellent. I was after the General Lee 1:18 scale. It was out of stock, but as soon as it arrived, Joanne emailed me. It was shipped up to Grande Prairie and arrived in 2 days in perfect condition.A great big thanks to Joanne there at Diecast Depot. I will certainly be ordering from them again

I was exchanging emails with this store that is local to my city asking about certain movie related cars i'm looking for. in the emails, i was even told that a few were being put on hold for me while i waited for another to come in, for an approx $500 order. upon trying multiple times with unanswered messages to ask for updates on the cars, i was just totally ignored for a reason that i am completely unaware of. there is no phone number to call anymore either since the actual store closed the doors. so, now, i suppose i will have to source these items out elsewhere. it is quite disappointing to have a small local business just ignore a customer like this since, most small businesses are very greatful for whatever customer base they can retain during this hard time. sad indeed.

Found Diecast Depot online and made my first order a week ago. I received regular email updates through the order and shipping process, receiving my order in less than a week from Edmonton to Toronto. The items were very well packaged which I appreciate as a collector. Very happy with my purchase and will be shopping at Diecast Depot again for my future collectibles.
