Footprints Floors Metro Detroit

After removing carpet from newly purchased home I found some heavy stains in the wood and a poor attempt at a prior refinishing. I got several bids and choose footprints, from choosing stains to Finnishing touches I could not have been more impressed, these floors are absolutely beautiful. Smooth, level, rich color, and a beautiful shine. You would be hard pressed to find the stains. Process was complete in 3 days and was mess free ! I seriously don't know if my experience could be improved on.

I'm extremely happy with the outcome of my project. The installers were very professional and worked tirelessly to complete the project. They are a true credit to their craft.

I cannot emphasize enough how GREAT my experience was with them. Jennie was amazing to work with initially to figure out the project (install new floor by lacing in new hardwood with existing, repair some sections, and sand/refinish everything), and made sure everything could be done the way I wanted it. Then the quality of the work and the communication between me and the project manager Jimmy was amazing. He made sure everything was how i wanted it, and went out of his way to come over after the project was done to add a couple shoe moldings in that i decided i wanted. They were quick, showed up when they said AND were incredibly well priced, every other bid I got was significantly more expensive/they said they couldn't do what I was asking for. I have already referred people to them, and i will in the future. Trust me, use these guys.

We would hire them again. Excellent service and good communication. They sanded and repaired1000 square feet of oak floors.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. We just used them to redo the flooring in basically our entire house which included not only putting down new hardwoods but also sanding and staining existing hardwoods, feathering in pre-existing hardwoods into new hardwood floors, installation of ceramic tiles in one room and tiling the risers of our stairs, which was a relatively new thing they did and did an absolute phenomenal job. Our stairs are now our pride and joy.I can’t overstate how responsive everybody at the company was. I would text or call Jennie or Adnan even on a Sunday to set up work for the following Monday and I don’t think there was a time where she didn’t text me back within 30 seconds. They were at the job site all the time making sure everything went well. We had a few small changes we wanted done during the job and they did it without question. The overall craftsmanship was absolutely stunning. JASON, the installer, was amazing and we would bounce ideas off of him and we always was went with his recommendation. They did such a great job that I even recommended my mom use them for her flooring job.

I used them for replacing tiles in bathroom as well as sanding / restaining Hardwood floors . They provided a good price and the work was good quality as well . They also did a good cleanup job after the work is done . They were super responsive and could start work in short notice as well . Overall it was a good experience . I will definitely use them for future projects .

This is an excellent company. The tile backsplash they installed is perfect. They were also very professional and gave us a fair price. The owner truly cares about making sure you are happy with their work. I will be using them for future projects.

Amazing job on installing vinyl plank. The estimate process with Adnan was quick and easy, they were able to get me on the schedule quickly, and the crew finished my entire condo in one day and picked up after themselves (I just need to mop). Highly recommend.

Adnan and his crew were very professional. We enjoyed working with them. They installed a walk in shower floor and tiled the entire shower. They also installed in floor heating and tile on the bathroom floor. The crew always checked with us to make sure, what they were doing is what we wanted. They completed the job before the timeline they gave. There were a couple of mishaps but they were right back out to make the repairs. We would 100% work with them again.
