BC's Best Move

BC's Best Move just completed a move for me in Surrey and I could not be any happier. Their crew showed up on time and ready to go. They were very polite and professional for both the loading and unloading. I was in disbelief as I saw how quickly the crew moved from start to finish! Definitely incredible value for money as they work by-the-hour. I would not hesitate to use BC's Best Move or to recommend them to friends or family who are moving in the area.

Very impressed with my experience. The owner Ryan was very quick to respond, friendly, helpful and honest. The movers that came to my house were VERY friendly, professional and efficient. First move I’ve ever done where something didn’t get broken in the process! They were careful and quick!Bonus points: They were extra great with my 3 year old son. I was worried about the transition into the new house and these 2 movers definitely helped ease any discomfort my son may have had watching the contents of his home being taken out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is needing help with moving.

I hired this company to move from Surrey to Aldergrove. Drew and his crew were professional, friendly and worked hard. There was some concern over the quoted price and actual price but Ryan was more than fair in adjusting the bill. Ryan had to quote the job from pictures (COVID times) and was slightly off in his estimate. Both Drew and Ryan were very concerned and made it right. I would definitely recommend this company.

These guys were FANTASTIC!! Spoke with Ryan on the phone and was quoted an estimated time of 6 hours to do the move from Surrey to Abbotsford. It took 6 hours and 10 minutes. They showed up about 10 minutes earlier than the arranged time (perfect). The 3 guys busted their butts and were careful, quick, and efficient. One of the guys (Drew) told me to relax and that they had us taken care of and to not worry about anything. He was 100% correct. When we got to the new place, NOT ONE SMUDGE OR DAMAGE on white walls. Believe me, I looked hard (the place is brand new so I want it to stay that way). So very impressed with these guys. Special thanks and shout out to Drew, Jeff, and Darrell for a great job. I strongly recommend these guys.

We had a great experience with BC's Best Move! The team arrived bright and early and ready to work! They handled our personal effects with respect and care. It was a long day because of the size of the move, but the team continued to hustle throughout the day. We would highly recommend BC's Best Move to anyone looking for a moving service.

So impressed with this company. Moved from Surrey to Victoria. Had to change move time to an earlier time & was accommodated without question. Drew & his crew were polite, friendly, courteous & super efficient. Loading & unloading went so well alleviating a lot of stress. We would definitely use them again & highly recommend them.

I do have bad experience with BC Best Move. They ask for very simple 500m moving that should non professional finish in less than 2 hours, minimum 4 hours (???) plus .... , plus ..... Not recommended.

I used this company for a move within the lower mainland in November. The owner for very quick in his responses! The moving crew was prompt, friendly and quick, they also offered their expertise in the unpacking process. There was a concern around the crew not wearing masks and declined to wear them when offered; which was disappointing as I work in a hospital. Our main concern was I had booked a two person move as we have minimal stuff at $119/hr, however three people showed up for the move and despite Drew saying he would phone the owner before we closed our transaction that was not done. We were charged $159/hr as there were three men hired. When we reached out to the owner he was helpful and refunded us ~$60. He told us our move with two men would have taken 9.5 hours as the unloading was tricky. Our move was 6 hours, and there were extra hands. Overall it was a disappointing experience as it felt that what was offered was not done, other then the belongings being moved. Communication goes a long way and perhaps a quick email to discuss sending three men would alleviate this issue in the future.
