Friendly staff and very helpful. Took great care of my Cat, even though she’s a bit older and scared of going out!

I was visiting from Vancouver and needed urgent care for my older dog. The staff were able to fit me in for an appointment and they were all very friendly and helpful. I even got a follow-up call to see how my dog was doing. I absolutely loved Dr. Agnes Pillai. She gave my dog excellent care and was very understanding of our needs. The medicine she prescribed has made a big difference. I am considering making the trip back to Gibson when my dog needs care again.

Very fast, but very very caring service. Everyone seemed very competent. My dog was quite sick and he was seen right away. Exam, done, treatment put into my hands with good instructions on what to do.

I have never before or since seen a clinic that CHARGES customers to be present when their pet is being put down. They also demanded I pay in advance of the procedure. It is an appalling money grab - it was $75, if I remember correctly. I do not recommend them as they exploit people at their weakest moments.I also have issue with their assurance that when they are busy they will “fit you in” if you drop off your pet to be seen between appointments - then find out you were charged a boarding fee. They don’t tell you about the fee when they offer the service.I found this hospital more about money than compassion

Compassionate and thorough care that did not leave me needing to get a second mortgage. All staff are helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. And their new vet is awesome!

best vet i've ever been to. you can tell the staff really love dogs! they treated my dog so sweet, everyone was so nice. I felt like they actually took the time to explain my dogs condition so thoroughly to me instead of in the past just being given pills and sent on my way. On top of that, I was informed that the xrays I asked for wouldn't be relevant to his condition at the time, when they very well could have taken advantage of me asking for them, they were honest about it not being needed. Highly recommend, thank you again! :)

Absolutely the best vet I've ever been to in my life! Friendly, caring, and I found it to be quite a fair place to do business. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else after my experience ♥️

Friendly and fast service. Went because my dog got some ticks while he was boarding on the island. I had only one hour before my ferry, made a phone call and they made me room right away. Thank you again!!!
