I bought a new electric rig so I could smoke at work. Randy's grip" burnt the coil. Go to get a new one they dont sell them. Buy another smoking device "yocan orbit" burn coil after a week. Go to get a new one. Sorry we don't carry those coils. Buy a third device. "G pen micro" I'm sure we can see where this is going. Need less to say went to get a coil and had to leave with a new device again. Will not be shopping here any moremore

Horrible place, during the whole covid pandemic they have been opening all the vape juices your interested in to have all the customers shove them up their nose to smell" them and put them right back on the shelf. No masks are worn in there. They dont know anything about anything and only sound like they do if you actually know nothing. OverpricedSell you a different product than what you ask for and then refuse to take it back. Really how much worse can a place get? At this point i wouldnt take something from that place if it was free. Beware buyers the bottle your checking out has probablybeen in many peoples noses.Use vapesocietysupplies.com instead online!! Half the price of this store!! Great to deal with ordered there tons of times!!"

5 stars for the employee Taylor she was super sweet and had an awesome personality. she went out of her way to try to help me after locking my keys in my car. Spent 2 hous waiting For a tow company and I watched her greet every customer with a hello how are you today and a perfect smile

Place is nice and the people are polite and friendly

First time there. Good selection. But the guy working this evening sure made ya feel uncomfortable and watched me like a hawk like I was gonna steal somthing. Not a good way to treat a first time customer.

Great selection of anything smoking related. Employees are knowledgeable and courteous. They always will help you find what you need. Prices are competitive with any other store I've been in. Easy to access parking, entrance is the traffic light for Kroger on M-29. Next to Metro PCS.

Employees not wearing masks but told another customer that they would take them outside" because they were putting their mask on while walking through the door. Then watching them open product for people to touch and smell and put them back in the box and on the shelf with out marking or caring about cross contamination. After seeing this decided that either i would get covid from the product

Contrary to other reviews, I am always satisfied after a visit to this wild bills location. Employees are always very eager to help and knowledgeable. Every time I've been in there they are taking covid precautions.

Im still trying to figure out where these guys find their workers because theyre amazing. They just hired in a new girl named lily since the last time iv been there and she really knows her vapes. I feel like im talking to a close friend when i get service from her. I was recommended a new battery type that works AMAZING and the juice she picked from her personal fav gets me compliments from everyone at the party. Someone eithier needs to get her a raise or have her come work for me lol. I told my friends that the extra trip is worth it just to see her. So far 2 of my friends have been there and they agree.

Check your purchase because they will sell you used or “display” models of items first before new ones. No hospitality from employees also. Interactions with them are awkward.
