The lady was very rude! The way she talked to me it seems I don't understand English! Im not coming back to that store again! The horrible costumer service I've ever encountered.

I found that Bewie and Dhrumil were very helpful. Was particularly impressed that they took extra steps to make sure everything was done properly even when there was nothing in it for them (I returned a phone). Also really like that the Mobile Shop matches others' offers. This means that if a competitor's offer includes a gift card, they will match and you will get credit that you can use for groceries instead of something more restrictive (e.g. you get credit at Superstore versus Best Buy).

I had to subscribe to PC Optimium for refund of some items that I did not need and were offerred on a new connection. Some technical issue limited refund/return within time on 27 May 23. Staff was polite and courteous. I would have to take it up on another platform and should have shopped at Walmart for the connection. This is the system at fault compared to the people and quite confusing.

Buyers beware.The team has changed, I trusted the previous guys no problem, these guys are lost my trust on the first transaction.They told me I'm getting the best monthly rate of $25, but forgot" to mention that I'll be paying the connection fee of $50.When I came to inquire about it

I had amazing service here and they went above and beyond what I had asked. The service was friendly. The amount of time they spent figure out what I needed and showing me all of my options. If you need a new phone plan or want to get a better deal for what you have go see these guys!!!

The girl is so rude and has a poor customer service skills she hold us more and served couple of client came after us and she was talking by rude way with us
