Emelia's Child Development Centre

My kids love this place my 3 year old love all the hand made crafts they get to play with and all the out door playtime. He's made so many new little friends. The ladies here are so welcoming. My baby is Lactose intolerant there so helpful and make sure he gets what he needs.

We loved our experience at Emelia's, and with the owner Belinda and all of the staff. Our daughter can take extra time to warm up to new people and places and they were so loving, kind and attentive to her and our family. They were easy to talk to about concerns, and always very receptive and engaged. The staff there truly puts their heart into what they do. I got to know teachers Jashun, Subi and Rushni quite well and they are all very kind, treated the kids with respect and gave them a lot of love. We will miss them!

This daycare deserves every star. Their passion and love for kids is unmatched. Their programming is great, too. They’ll even notice a child’s specific interest and incorporate it into the classroom.They have ironed out all the kinks that a new daycare might struggle with. Belinda (the director) definitely knows what she’s doing! She’ll always be there to greet you and I can guarantee she’ll remember your child’s name even though it’s a big daycare! No one loves kids as much as she does, she’s phenomenal and she hires staff with the same passion.Being an established daycare, they have collected resources over the years and are able to provide really fun, meaningful celebrations. They have Diwali outfits for all the kids and they have special decorations for lunar new year to name a couple but I don’t want to give away all the great surprises!My child grew and learned so much from Emilia’s. He was always coming home singing new songs or excited to show us new skills. It was always clear that they really love to teach and interact with the children.For the parents, I’ll let you know that the menu is good, the place is very clean and the structure is organized!I’d suggest putting your child’s name on the waitlist as soon as you can!

My wife and I have been bringing our 4 year old daughter to Emilia’s since the summer of ‘22. We had toured a few daycare’s to get a feel for the place and staff but after we had a walk through and got a chance to meet the staff, we were 100% on Emilia’s. The owners and staff are extraordinary. They care for each and every child like their own. The facility is extremely clean and well organized. We would highly recommend Emilia’s over any daycare.

I love this care facility. Have been sending my 4 y o since Sept to start play school. She loves the owner, Belinda, so much and all the care takers are so friendly and professional. They develop lasting bonds with the children. Not only do they have early drop off times but wide range of age groups for the kids, my 1 y o will start soon.They comb their hair, feed and prepare their meals. Perfect!

I have been putting off posting a review because I wanted to find the best words to express just how impressed we are with this daycare!Our little one has been going here for a year and we have been so pleased with the experience. Although it was emotional at first to put our baby into a daycare and to trust others to look after him, Belinda (the director) made the transition so easy.You can sense just how much Belinda cares for each of the kiddos at the centre. The staff are patient, caring, and treat the children with respect. They greet each child with a smile and by name every morning.We had been working with an OT to help with feeding difficulties and Belinda was very accommodating to allow the OT to visit the daycare to observe our child. Even the OT expressed how impressed she was with the centre.I highly recommend this daycare. They teach the kids so many things! And give them lots of opportunity to play outdoors. I love that they make home cooked meals in the facility each day for the kids. I know my toddler is well cared for. He loves going so much that he often is sad to leave at the end of the day.

My both kids (3 yo - 1,5 yo) have been going there since January 2023. It’s been such a great experience for them and us. It’s always clean and neat and staff is caring. Foods are fresh and lots of variety every day. They have lots of activity for kids and no screen time at all. Management always on the floor checking on kids and staff. I would recommend it.

My two children have attended Emelias daycare for just over a year now and we have been so pleased with the level of care provided. Belinda and Richard are always so pleasant to deal with and all the teachers are genuinely so caring and kind to the kids.

We had concerns for our son before coming to Emelia. He was non verbal at his previous daycare with some social anxiety issue and we were told to find a therapist. We were not sure what to do and toured a few daycares looking for a different environment for him. When we came to Emelia, Belinda is the only one that we had seen who gave us the reassurance “Give us one month and he will talk”, and he did. My son has been at the daycare for eight months now and he is thriving. He has really opened up himself, talking to teachers and made lots of friends. We were told sometimes he can be too chatty. We are very pleased to see the changes in him and very grateful for all the staff at Emelia. Everyone is very kind and knows my son by name. Teacher Jash always takes my concerns seriously and updates me frequently about my son’s progress. My son will start Kindergarten in September and now we are more confident that he is equipped with the essential social skills to thrive at the Kindergarten.

Only great things to say! I have owned a business in the area since 2016, and I have always seen the staff treating all of the kids so well in the day to day activities! We recently enrolled our 2 children here and can honestly say they are having so much fun. As a parent, you always want the best for your kids and for them to be safe/cared for, that is exactly how we feel. Belinda and her husband Richard are wonderful, as are all of the teachers and team members! Thank you kindly for taking such great care of our girls.
