Edward and his team not only drawing, but also provide practical and beneficial advice to homeowner based on latest building code. Even though cost is very reasonable. I would recommend his team to any homeowner who want to get building renovation permit.

Edward and his team were absolutely top notch. I used his Building Permit Plans services for a basement reno. He responded to all my emails in a timely manner and addressed each concern I had. He was patient with me and my dealings with city hall, which were frustrating at the best of times. In hindsight, it would have been better to pay him to deal directly with the city - I have no doubt it would have saved me a ton of time and energy. I would absolutely recommend Canadian Blueprint Design.

Amazing customer service, I needed drawing of my place for the city of burnaby and was really short on time, Edward from blue print made everything ready in less than 3 days and got approved by the city. Recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable architect with reasonable price

Edward and the team at Canadian Blueprint have been amazing to work with. They helped us design our new floor plan, security plan and provided the necessary requirements for our Business License application such as site plans and even photo renderings of our store signage! They are very responsive with communication and any changes that need to made to the drafts. Edward has gone out of his way to help me and answer all of my questions. I think it would have been nice if there was a second site visit after deposit was made and to discuss any changes or edits to the initial design. Edward provided inputs during the design iteration process.During the White Rock building permit review process, we had to revise the drawings several times to meet White Rock, Edward and his team were very responsive and drawings w's unique bylaws requirements.
