It is hard to find what you want. It can be an expensive store but there are decent sales and discounts. Some staff are not pleasant and seem mad if you ask them something.

Went to the store today for the first time since Covid hit. I was treated with rudeness and disrespect from the Manager of the store. I will never step foot in this fabric store or recommend it to anyone I know. They need a lesson in customer service and a long lesson in respect. I have already written a letter to Head Office. I do not recommend this store, go somewhere else.

Went in today to buy fabric for a wedding dress slip was quoted a lower price then I paid way more then i was expecting, all while the lady helping me with my fabric was complaining about her coworker not giving her the information about how many people were working in the store that day i found that awkward and the older lady at the till was so rude to me after i was shocked at the price difference. I will never go back after how I was treated there very unprofessional.

Staff quickly found the type of product that we needed and helped us get the proper quantity for our project. There was more customers in the store so that caused a short lineup at the cutting tables but pleasant staff and customers made the wait for service a happy experience.

The clerk was amazingly patient as I decided on the amount of material I needed. She helped me to find the notions I needed instead of saying, They're over there." It was a very pleasant experience.They are very conscientious about COVID protocol and I felt very safe."

Was in today to buy a few pieces of fabric. Overheard the assistant manager tell a girl to help me, she was very rude to her employee. When i got to the till the same manager (Tetyana) rang me through and was very rude when I asked a question about the amount. Was very disappointed in how she speaks to others.

Nice fabric store. But prices could be better marked. Was disappointed to pay double of what i was expecting after fabric was cut.
