We ordered the clutch kit and payment was made easy via online invoicing. Very convenient! Once the clutch kit arrived, we were able to book at the earliest availability. The clutch job and an initial inspection were completed efficiently. We were provided with technician notes and a list of suggested repairs, pricing was very reasonable. I will start by saying I about as fussy as a guy can be with his car. Due to time logistics I was unable to complete a project that I was building. The car is a BMW with an RB26. Not something of the norm.In 25 years of this hobby nobody works on my stuff except me. Turning my car over to Boost Factory was not easy.I had very specific things I wanted done and supplied some of the parts which Boost Factory was o.k with. When I explained that I didn't agree that something couldn't be done, they FOUND a way to make it happen. They had the car for several months and worked steadily on it, keeping it safe indoors and not charging me storage.The customer service and labor rates were excellent. I had budget constraints at times and they made it work while providing quality service and workmanship.Andre, Walker, Vitaly and Colton were ALWAYS super friendly and helpful.If I didn't like something, they redid it for FREE.Andre worked till late hours of the night tuning my car and fighting through issue after issue and never charged me extra. His price was his price and his word was solid. He would even chat with me on Messenger providing videos and updates as he went.When I came to town by bus from Edmonton to get the car, Andre took time out of his day (the day before Driven) and drove to Chinook mall to pick me up in my car.If Boost Factory can't make you happy, then you need to find a new hobby or go back to driving your stanced EK hatch delivering buffalo wings for Pizza 73.

Purchased spare parts for my 2JZ GTE project. Reasonable pricing but found shipping costs a bit high.
