I always love the cleanliness and organized shelves of this place. Staff is fantastic! They should include halal chicken too fromBrands like Safa and Zabiha halal and their frozen products. This would save us the trip to superstore.Thanks

my family prefers to shop at this grocery store over any others in nanaimo, everything is easy to find and the cashiers are usually pretty fast and efficient. also nice that save on will do price matches and/or rain cheques

Love the plant-based cheese selection! And all the other vegan products. Keeps me coming back! Always clean. Polite staff. Range of products, although some are lacking (ex. Not many different brands of pasta). Prices are generally good, not much higher or lower than most grocery stores. Produce is usually fresh. Location is great.

6pm on a Tuesday. They have 2 tills open and one of them is express. Lines running across entire aisles. No carts by the doors, they are all piling out into the parking lot. Baskets piled everywhere. Where are all the employees? Maybe Management should hire more staff or give their employees more hours.For me. I'll be driving for 15 minutes out of my way to go someplace else from now on.

Great little super market. Convenient location and super friendly staff.The pharmacy is the best in town. Always helpful and will bend over backwards to help you sort medications or prescriptions out.

Worst lineups for the checkout in any grocery store I've ever been to. Lucky if 3 of the 8 tills are open during busy hours. This place is long overdue for some self checkouts.
