Signed up on a new plan with Virgin mobile. Camilla provided me with excellent professional service! She made me feel comfortable signing up a new plan by taking her time explaining things and showing interest in my time and my business with virgin mobile.Such a sweetheartThanks again Camilla!

A very pleasant experience dealing with the Tbooth sales consultant Camilla Forrester. She was most helpful, Camilla had the best product and plan for needs and the transaction was down in a timely manner. Great job.

We were with another provider and were having a horrible experience. We explained to Camilla our issues. She took ownership of our problem and walked us through every step of what we needed to do. We changed providers and again Camilla explained everything so there were no surprises. Definitely worth go to tbooth again and for sure ask for Camilla

Tbooth offered me a great service, especially Cheryl from Tbooth Burlington Mall she is such an awesome person and she provided me such a great service. There was some issues with my Fido account, she helped me to fix the issue and I got a great new plan for my new phone. I always prefer Tbooth and Cheryl.

I would highly recommend T booth at the Burlington center. Camilla was fantastic! It was Black Friday weekend, so obviously very busy. Camilla still took the time to go over everything with us. The mall closed at 6 PM but she stayed late to complete our order. The next day we went back to buy two more phones. Camilla was busy, however her manager Ty processed our orders. He was also great! Super knowledgeable and friendly. We left at 6pm and Camilla, Ty and Cheryl were continuing to assist other customers , even though the mall was closing. From now on, we will only go to T booth at the Burlington Centre, for their great customer service . Thank you so much! Nicola & Pat Starr

Kyle is actually the best!!! I am so happy that he asked me if I had a bit of time because my old plan is nothing compared to the one I have now!!! He was really sweet and made everything crystal clear and I am beyond happy with the service provided!!
