The food was ok. But the place is very dirty. The Washroom is disgusting! Clothes of the cooks and the workers are filthy!

I swear they are using grocery store paddies and chicken strips. Iced tea tasted like wood, no ice in cup. Fries were dry and too little salt. One time they served me reheated chicken strips in the morning. I would put zero stars if I could

Front staff customer service needs work. 15 min wait for 2 coffee with only 3 orders on the board. 15-30 minute wait for a burger that takes 6 mins to cook. Finally get said burger and it's barely warm. Owners are never present. They should sell it to someone that cares about their staff.

By far the best fast food I've had . Onions sauteed perfectly, fresh buns, the right blend of mayo and mustard. The employees genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs, and it shows, with their burgers.

terrible coffee. 1 cream in a large coffee and it looks like it's only cream in there. super weak coffee, I want my money back. every time I try the coffee here, it always disappoints. sausage and egger was alright.

I drive through when I'm famished usually, and I've tried to get the same goods elsewhere, but the other A&Ws can't seem to get the gravy quite as good as PH does, or the onion rings as crispy. Friendly staff.

I went through the drive through on Thursday, ordered two momma burger meals with onion rings instead of fries. I asked for the rings to be well done with extra seasoning, the rings from this location are usually bland and pale. You guys did NOT disappoint!! These were the best onion rings I've ever had from any A&W! Thank you very much we were very happy with our meals.
