I saw Dr. Petcho today for the first time as a walk-in patient for my 1 year old daughter as her daycare had a concern about a rash on her arm. Dr. Petcho was extremely helpful and patient at explaining her symptoms. He was empethic and was eager to put my mind at ease as a concerned mother. In a short time I was able to recognize that he is an extraordinary intelligent doctor with human values. I would certainly love to make him my children’s family physician! Thank you Dr. Petcho!

Dr. Rassam is the best family doctor. My family have many doctors throughout the years with moving and stuff and by far he is the best. He is so professional and he really cares about the overall health and well being of all his patients. He does the extra mile to and my three year old daughter who is usually afraid of all doctors really likes him as he's very good with children. I would highly recommend Dr. Rassam.Thank you for always taking care of me and my family. We are so blessed to have you as our doctor. Thank you to all your staff too.Ung and Ansari family

I came in on Sat. Nov. 5th with my 2 year old who is very sick.The receptionist took us in and told us it would be an hour wait. I waited 2 hours with my 2 year old and right before the Dr was going to take us they turned us away saying they were worried that that he had Covid even after I confirmed that took a PCR test and are both negative. This is unacceptable. Making a 2 year old wait in the office who’s sick and then turning them away right before you are to see him next in line is not acceptable.

This doctor won’t see anyone. Absolute joke. 3 years later and everything is still Covid in his eyes. Dragged my 2 year old there, because I was told by the front end staff that the doctor would see him as I had a negative Covid test from 48 hours ago from the hospital - made us wait in there over 40 minutes with my fussy screaming toddler cause obviously he didn’t want to be there and did the doctor see him NOPE. he claimed that the hospital Covid test wasn’t good enough. FYI it was just an ear infection. Not everything is Covid - and if you’re that scared of Covid, you shouldn’t be practicing medicine.

By far the rudest receptionist I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I simply asked if there were appointments available. Lots of walk in clinics offer appointments so this question should not have warranted such a rude response. Especially since I have been to this clinic before WITH appointments. this is a walk in clinic and we're not open tomorrow so I don't know who you're trying to reach". The worst. Won’t take any child who has any symptoms (Even though you tell them it’s not Covid). My son has a fever and the doctor won’t see him, the lady in front of me her daughter had a diaper rash and a possible infection and the doctor won’t see her either. Why are you a doctor if you won’t event see any patients?
