Tessa has done my hair for over 10 years. She usually just does whatever, and it comes out great. Have to go every month as my hair is supper thick. Love everything about this place. Thanks guys

My girlfriend came in to this business and a wonderful stylist named Davis did an absolutely amazing job for us. She left this business feeling beautiful and absolutely radiating happiness. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone wanting to pamper themselves with a salon that is not only top tier in quality but very friendly pleasant and all around a shining example of excellence.

I was honestly disappointed with my experience. I made an appointment for 5:30 pm to get a lash removal, the lady I spoke with sounded polite so my first impression was good. I then got to the salon at 5:27 pm for my appointment. They explain to me that the lash tech is running late due to personal reasons and asked if I’d like to do anything to my hair, eyebrows etc. I was understanding and agreed to get my brows threaded. Naz did my brows. I explained that I wanted them cleaned up a bit, but not any thinner as my brows are already thin. It took almost half an hour for her to do them, and when I looked in the mirror, they were paper thin. I expressed that they were thinner than I liked, and she “oh I don’t think they look too thin, I gave you more of an arch as well, I thought it would look so good on you”. I understand her intentions were good, but I specifically asked for a touch up, not to completely change the shape and make them 90% thinner. The lash tech comes in while Naz is doing my brows and asks her if I’m almost done because it’s already 5:55 pm and she had another appointment at 6 pm. The lash tech then asks if I’m going to be in the mall and if I could come back. I’m already frustrated at this point because I didn’t go there to get my brows done and now she’s putting her 6 pm appt before mine. I tell her “I’ve already booked the appointment for 5:30 so I’d really like to get them removed” she agrees and does it anyways. It was an uncomfortable process and I could feel her tugging at my lashes when removing them. Overall I don’t think I will be going back, thanks.

I had an excellent experience at Prestige, my stylist Davis was outstanding. I’ve never been to this salon as I stoped in on a whim well on vacation, I wish I lived closer my because my cut and colour have never been better.Do yourself a favour and go see Davis, you won’t be disappointed.

I’m not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but I was just so disappointed with the lash lift and tint I received. I paid over $100 dollars and my lashes really did not look any different at all. They had a minimal amount of curl and were barely darker (I chose black and my natural color is light brown). By no means did it look like I had anything done at all. When the creams and tint were being removed it burned like crazy. I was left with tint all over my eyes and was given a wipe to clean it up myself. I was also given a brush to brush up my own eyelashes (I would assume this was all part of the service I paid way too much for?). She couldn’t get all the tint off my eyelids so I left looking like I had on left over makeup from the night before. I told her I had expected more of a curl and that I really couldn’t see a difference and she basically shrugged it off. I honestly spent over $100 and looked worse leaving the salon than when I walked in. Never again.

Cheryl is absolutely amazing!! She did highlights and a cut and I feel fantastic!! Highly recommend CherylProfessional, fun great customer service!

The lady that did my eyelash lift was nice. But one of the receptionist was rushing her to get mine done. To me as a customer/client it is very rude and unacceptable. They shouldn't rush their employee to get the job done. She didn't do a good job and I feel it was overpriced. Overall it was a bad experience for me and I'm not coming back there.
