I made an appointment based on the excellent reviews online, and they were proven true! I received a warm welcome on arrival and was greeted by name. Tiffany did an amazing job on my toes - great attention to detail and very thorough. She was a pleasure to talk to as well, kind and friendly. I will be visiting again in the future!

At Pink Nails you are treated with professionalism respect and dignity, you literally feel like one of the family. The owners, Tracey and Tom are a wining team. They offer the best services and use top of the line products for all their Clients. They always make Clients feel welcome and comfortable and their staff mirror the same sediments. The facility is always clean, appointments are organized, they are always on time and the work is impecable, polished perfection. Even with the numerous lockdowns and restrictions due to the pandemic, Pink Nail's impeccable level of service has been consistent. All of the patrons leave with one common action, they always book their next appointment before exiting the facility. If you are ever in need of a mani/ pedi or personal care services, contact Pink Nails, you will not be disappointed.

Went here for the 1st time today and service was lovely. Tracey was great and fixed my nails that were popping off and broken. Very welcoming, clean and professional. Will definitely be going back

I’ve been getting bio gel, manicures and pedicures by Tracey for nearly 5 years now. She is the best, hands down. Not only is she amazing at what she does, her prices are also reasonable and it’s an enjoyable, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I had been a long time customer but due to pandemic stopped going. Once I felt ‘safe’ to go I attempted to make an appointment. PINK is not taking any clients. I had a gc and they told me they had a ‘clientele’ and were overwhelmed with appointments and refused to take me in and refunded my gift certificate my kids had bought me. I am insulted and will go where I feel valued as a customer. I left in tears.

2022 update - I have changed my review from a 1 star because since moving the their main Street location they're able to book appointments with less of a wait. I've been able to get in a few times now and they do a great job. My favorite nail place in Georgetown now. You do still have to book appointments and can't do walk in but that's usually how it is with busy nail spas. Clean and I've never had issues with warts or anything from this location.2019- 1* review - I wouldn't know what their service is like. I've tried to book appointments with them several times and even calling up to 2 weeks ahead of time they never having a opening for a pedicure.

I love Pink and highly recommend it ! I’ve had the best experience each and every time I’m there. The environment is comfortable, I’m treated like family, they are always happy and kind and best of all the product is hands down the best ever. I receive compliments all the time in my nails, Tracy is a nail goddess! So creative and talented! Tracy always ensures I’m well taken care of and my happiness is top priority for her. I feel very fortune to be a client at Pink.

Tom, Tracy, and all of their staff are hands down the most incredible staff Georgetown has when it comes to nail salons. They truly care about their customers and take care of them in various ways. I have been coming to Pink Nails and Beauty pretty much since it has been open and I can confidently say that I will not be going to another nail place ever again! Extremely reasonable prices for the services they provide. They have an appointment only policy which I think is awesome because you won't be sitting around for who knows how long wondering when it is your turn to get your nails done. Overall great atmosphere and amazing staff, extremely welcoming and inviting.
