We were Christmas shopping, and was very busy in December. Step into Ben Moss our last stop before leaving and glad that we did. Evelyn the sales consultant approached us and within no time we found a ring for my 22yr daughter. About five minutes later my wife find spotted a ring she wanted and she has been looking for year's. My fiancé and I were going back to order my wedding matching band to my engagement ring. I couldn’t find it online anymore so I chose something close to what I thought I wanted/would look good. Mike helped us through the whole process took the time to talk with head office, emails back and forth to them to find my actual matching band! Mike really went out of his way to ensure we were happy with everything and got us exactly what we were looking for. Another thing to check off the list!
