Absolutely great service helping us get through our failed hot tub during the coldest part of our winter. We have lost our local dealer but these people went over and beyond. thank you again.....Terry & Faith H.

Came to open our pool in May for the summer, they set it up wrong and it caused our pool to leak so we cant even swim. I have called and went down in person to discuss the issues but the staff, the manager and even the owner just blew me off. We asked them to come fix the problem they created but said they'd have to charge us again ... finally after telling them were not paying for their mistakes the owner talked rudely to us and hung up and wont fix the problem

My family and I purchased a home 2 years ago that already had a above ground pool.We were told to come to Emerson’s by a co worker to get great service. Which we did when buying products from their store.But then last summer and again this week when I called to ask about getting help with a pool opening just to make sure I was doing everything correctly for our children.You call, they say they can help. Then they ask the question”where did you get your pool”. Once you say it’s not theirs (which mine is not and not our fault) they suddenly can not help you and have to leave openings for “their customers” who purchased pools and hot tubs from them.So the $1500 or so we have spent on supplies, chemicals and more at their store means nothing basically.I am in sales and I can not believe this horrible way of treating their customers.I will never step foot in this business again.

I had purchased a used hot tub privately and after setting it up and reading chemical instructions online I became confused about the process. I went to Emmerson and they helped me as if I had bought the hot tub there! very friendly staff , I will definitely be going to them for all my soa needs

I was able to purchase all of the pool related items I was in need of replacing from this location. Prices seemed to be fair. Overall, I had a good business experience.

My brother in law called and went down in person to discuss the issues but the staff, the manager and even the owner just ignored him and didnt take him seriously. We asked them to come fix the problem they created but said they'd have to charge us again ... another 150 when the already charged us 200+ without telling us of extra costs when we were quoted 150 per hour. finally after telling them were not paying for their mistakes the owner talked rudely to us and hung up and wont fix the problem and their mistake. Messages was left telling them what job to perform yet they did what they wanted and we still cant use it customer service sucks.So if you want your pool open CALL SOMEONE MORE PROFESSIONAL !!!!

If I could do no stars I would horrible customer service was very patient with them and they still wouldn't fix the problem they caused......went through staff then the manager and then finally the owner Ryan Emmerson.... for the owner of a business he was very rude to me and didnt care to even look or hear about the problem I was having I guess my problem wasnt worth it for him because it was just a $200+ job...I'm sure if it was a more expensive job I may have been treated differently but who knows. They are all great when they are selling something to you but wait till you have problems apparently not their concern.

We have been dealing with Emmerson Pools for 10 years now. We have received nothing but top level service from the friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as the owner himself. Ryan Emmerson has taken the time to make calls even after hours to be sure that our Hot tub is working properly. Our whole system was fried due to a lighting storm in the middle of the winter. He made sure everything stayed warm installing his own space heater and ordering us a complete new system to rebuild a hot tub that was not even purchased from his store. If you are looking for a local family business that takes care of customers and does a top job then this is your store. Even during these difficult Covid times they make the best effort possible. When customer demand is high and supplies and staff are at a limited supply. Thank you for always taking care of us and for the best service! Do not hesitate to contact these guys, they are amazing!!!

Once they have your money you then become dirt. Had trouble with our pool steps cracking after upgrading to the more expensive ones...no help. He winter cover fell apart and even though it showed we had warranty .....well... the fine print makes it so you can't get it replaced. Offered to five a discount to buy a new one. If you like throwing your money away go see Emmerson. Oh and don't wait for a phone call back..you will have to call over and over. Run people run.

They hooked our pool up wrong and wanted to charge us again to fix their own mistakes. My brother went in a couple of times to talk to them about it and so did my mother and they blew them off. When my mom finally got a call back 3 weeks later from the owner he didnt seem to care about the problem and was more concerned about the money. He was very rude. Not impressed with their service.
