Oakville Mens league horribly managed since the new conveners took over...cost of league continues to climb every season while league keeps getting worse!! I've played in ASHL for over 16 years and have never had issues until new management has come in!

Signed up for summer house league hockey. Got a email the day before summer holidays started - June 30- that my son did not get a spot. It was too late to sign up for any other activities/leagues. Very inconsiderate.

So we love the arena. Lots of parking and easy to navigate for my 4 year olds learn to skate. The changerooms are warm. We have been going for about 2 months but today we finally decided to do the restaurant that overlooks the rinks and it was TERRIBLE SERVICE. It wasn't busy but today the server was not interested. She forgot our tea order. Food took forever and we have a hungry 4 year old. I thought this could become a ritual for the remainder of the season but nope. Avoid the wing spot upstairs.

Been playing at this arena for 15+ years and I can say the the new management team there is not aligned with client expectations and has been a big disappointment. When you provide constructive feedback they are not willing to listen and instead suggest taking our business elsewhere if we don't like it. Customer satisfaction is not a priority and quite frankly they are unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and play in a different league that is willing to work with their clients to improve the quality for everyone.

Just LOVE this centre. Really professional. My 5 year old enjoys a lot learning ice skating from very professionally trained instructors. All have a fabulous attitude toward kids. I definitely recommend here to everyone who wants to learn, enjoy and grow in this field.

This place is ancient and brings back many memories of watching/playing hockey while growing up. I cannot believe it has not changed much since then. Some of the changerooms could use a renovation. But overall, they hosted so many birthday parties and events (with ice time as the highlight of course), so Canlan Ice Sports on Ford Drive will always hold a special place in my heart.
