I'm so glad I went with Propane Energy Solutions over thier competition for 1 thing they're local & I do not need to go through a call center in another province to request a re-fill , their price per litre is very competitive but thier service is outstanding , As new customer's to the propane industry switching from a outdoor wood boiler the installation went smoothly thanks to Steve Harasen & his brother Ray , the staff at propane energy solutions are great to work with but I do recommend going on the auto refills this keeps the worry out of running out & because there's no service charge for delivery you're not paying extras in fees ,, I strongly recommend Propane Energy Solutions as a supplier as they take the headaches out of getting refills,,

I called in October for a quote and I called again at the beginning of December for an update. Both times the took my name and number and said they would call me back…. Nothing

Excellent company driver's are good and office staff are friendly and knowledgeable recommending this business.

The customer service is outstanding! I ran out of propane and the heating was down and it’s -30 out, I should’ve called sooner, my bad. Told them my situation and they rearranged their delivery schedule to accommodate me. Heat was back up and running a few hours later. Keep in mind I live about 45 minutes from their yard! Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Anybody who has propane or needs propane and propane accessories should absolutely give Propane Energy Solutions a call!
