Equator Coffee Kanata
Equator is really the only proper coffee place in Ottawa. And this particular location just knows how to pull smooth, buttery shots and not over steam their milk. Also they have a delicious chicken shawarma wrap. It was a pleasure.

This review is mainly for the portion of the food . I come here every week and I love the place but I order this nice sized cheese sandwich and obviously they put one small slice of cheese only . Gave my feedback in person but I wasn’t told “ hey we are sorry , we will take your feedback to the kitchen manager or so “ I was told it’s a standard but if I want more cheese I can ask for more .

They have the best coffee in town. Got a flat white and its one of the best coffee I have had. Staffs are super nice. Definitely a must try for coffee lovers. And they have good ambiance.

Nice staff, good coffee but the design lacks noise attenuation. Could not stay indoors and due to the smoke from forest fires outside was not an option either. The Almonte location is better.

This place is huge. I love equator coffee. The service was great. I love the interior decor. This place is bright and is the best place to catch up with a friend.

Coffee is good but small portion and service with a posh attitudeTried their drive through for the first time, and ordered a flat white. Turned out that it’s only about 2 fl. Oz, so half a small cup, see photos. The cup is slightly taller than a credit card, and it was only half full.When I inquired about the portion size, the response was: “We brew our coffee the traditional way, if you want to get large and diluted, we’ll…” Ok enough with that attitude.Coffee was delicious, but not warm enough for my taste.
