We were very pleased with the service and overall experience from TDI re the installation of laminate flooring. Kelley was very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with and our installer, Matt was efficient and professional. They job was started on time, completed with competence and efficiency. We would recommend TDI to anyone without hesitation.

Top draw!Did a professional replacement of a section of hardwood. Showed up with all the tools and knowledge. He was also friendly with my obnoxious dog.

Edit: after a few weeks the railing has been repaired and after a few days everything still works well. I appreciate the company finally acknowledging their issues with scheduling and coming back and fixing the problem.They resurfaced my old oak floors and installed a new hardwood staircase with railing. The floors look great but the railing has disconnected from the wall where it was glued to the wall. It is so wobbly! Terrible safety hazard and I have a small baby at home. My husband and I tried calling them and sent emails - no reply still!!!

We are absolutely blown away at our new floors. Ryan and Cal did an amazing job restoring our very worn and damaged floors to things or beauty.We started this process by reaching out to many companies and TDI was one of the only floor refinishing companies to get back to us within hours of contacting them. Now a month later and we still haven’t heard a peep from some of the other companies we contacted.Ryan came out and inspected our floors, gave guidance on how we could prepare for the refinishing and then TDI provided us with a detailed and itemized quote of our options.We had vents in our floors that were no longer needed and Cal and Ryan made the patches look seamless - honestly you cannot tell at all.The professionalism, communication and dedication Ryan and Cal have for the work that they do is astonishing. They kept us up to date and informed during the whole process. We didn’t even need to leave the house and were able to continue to work from home during the refinishing. Ryan and Cal even vacuumed the rooms that weren’t worked on when they departed to take care of any small amounts of dust that may have landed in there.I can’t believe we thought about installing laminate instead - the floors were so damaged I did not think they were salvageable and now they are gorgeous!Thank you TDI and thank you Michael, Ryan and Cal!

TDI Flooring was wonderful to work with. The admin staff and the skilled craftsmen were all very professional and easy to work with. They came exactly when they said they would. They were very respectful of our time and our house. They did an AMAZING job of installing new hardwood floors and feathering in the new with previous hardwood so that the joining is seamless! Then refinished all the flooring. The workmen were easy to have in our home and very skilled and competent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional installation of hardwood floors.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Fit me in right away and get it done in 5 days. My floors were very bad and they came out to brand new. I would say more so because i feel you cant get this type of wood anymore.I am the type of guy that does it all myself and it took me a lot to not do it. , but glad I got TDI. They responded faster and were cheaper than 2 other quotes. A company really can have 3 out 3; Good, Fast, Cheap.

The fir floors in my 1912 house bedrooms, hallways and staircase were so beat up with wear and tear over the years. But, after sanding and finishing, they came out looking so bright and new-looking, which I was hoping for, and I'm grateful that the crew was able to deliver that beautiful outcome. That outcome made the sander noise and dust worth it. Kelly was wonderful to deal with, and was my main influence in going with TDI after she initially came to take floor measurements. Rob did an excellent job on 3 doorway transitions by matching the wood to the rooms amazingly well!

First of all Kelley and her crew is absolutely the best. Thank you Steve for putting everything together on a floor that was on its last sanding and when this floor is done we will definetly call TDI flooring to install the new floor.

Ryan did a wonderful job installing our kitchen flooring; helping us out on very short notice. Professional, courteous, and precise. The floor looks terrific. We liked Ryan's work so much we want to bring Ryan and TDI in to install flooring throughout the rest of our house when we start the project to replace our carpeting. Jenny and David.
