Had my first massage and i must say her student Antoine did an excellent job applying just the right amount of pressure and finding the trouble areas without a problem. I left feeling much more relaxed and alot less tense. Will definitely return in the future.

You will find more relief for back pain here in 1 hour than you will in a lifetime worth of visits to the chiropractor. Like anything else, it's not a cure-all that will sort you out completely in one visit, but Helen and her student(s) really know what they're doing. Give it a try, your only regret will be that you haven't gone sooner.
