There are so many issues with this store.Some of the staff have no customer service skills. And get away with a lack of experience or skills. More training can be helpful.Their system shows inventory of items online, but they can not locate it in store. Then the store manager doesn't think it is the store issues to solve. Store should reinforce their system and policies regarding the location of their products.Return goods are a bid challenge as they give customers a hard time.Some of the employees act like they are in social events and treat customers as enjoying interpretation to their social chet chat. Managers could be improved regarding employees' performance and customer service.

My wife and I went to Lowe's to purchase a new front door for our home last night. When we finally received some help it wasn't. The only salesperson did not know how to sell us a door. If I was that guy I would find out how to sell a door. He should be embarrassed. Also we bought a medicine cabinet that we had to go through 5 different people. This was met with much resistance as my wife found it on a top shelf. The staff seemed reluctant to do work of any kind. Also the washrooms are filthy like 1972 truck stop

I had a very disappointing experience at Lowe's in Vaughan on April 19th, 2023. I arrived at the store around 4:00 pm with a list of items to purchase, totaling around $100. One of the items was on sale for $2, but unfortunately, the cashier (zahra)was unable to scan it.Instead of finding a solution, the cashier asked me to take pictures of the item and then go to the other side of the building to see the managers. I explained that I didn't want to go back and forth with all my lumber and asked her to call the manager over to our location.To my surprise, the cashier responded by saying here is not Iran." I was shocked and offended by her comment. After waiting for about 10 minutes

This review is 5 stars because of Samantha and Danielle, the most patient, accommodating and polite staff members we have ever encountered at Lowes. We came in to return an item right away when the store opened and they were ready to assist without a hesitation. Thank you again Samantha and Danielle, you have truly made our experience great :)

Customer service didn’t honor the $200 refund that one representative had promised to give me… I ordered a bulky item, received delivery calls on its way from 3 different drivers on 3 different dates in which I had to refuse because the ones I accepted was not expected to arrive (was left at the driveway) The boxed item that I received had missing part that I have to go back and forth to the store to ask for the parts but told me to call head office. In short I spent lots of hours holding my call just to get to them. It’s a long story but to cut it short, they took the parts from the display at the maple branch where I bought it. I bought the glider/swing face to face.

Kian is a fantastic employee, I came in with numerous questions on a rather bad day. Work was very stressful, and this man answered all my questions and went further above and beyond. Carrying the poise of a businessman the customer service was unmatched. I am recommending this person for a higher role in possible management. Thank you so much Kian.

The garden centre here is actually really good. I always find beautiful plants and hanging baskets for the summertime. It can get really busy here it’s Better to go in the morning since usually only one cash check out is open.

Service has gone way down in the last couple of years. Recently went in to buy a item that showed 76 in stock. Could not find it so asked a associate for help. I was told that they did not have any and the count was wrong. Next day I went back to look for a alternative item and found the original item I was looking for the day before.Asked if someone could get it for me as it was way up on a top shelf. Guy came back 5 minutes later saying it will take a while as the fork lift was being used.I could not wait longer so went home and ordered it on online and the order was cancelled 4 hours later. Went back to ask why and was told they don't have it told the Asst manager my story and she was disinterested and walked away. Another associate looked where I said it was got it down in 10 minutes.What a waist of my time.... Why did it take all that to buy a item. Not the first time I have seen stock issues at this store. Please don't change to Rona flip to Home Depot. ☹️ . Just a horrible store.

I been working in this industry for quite a while now to understand customer service. I went to this location to find a cushion which it said this location had 18 in stock. I went to the seasonal department and the person said this is not in stock you can look down the aisles. I went to another associate asking if this was in stock at this location and they told me to speak to someone in seasonal, well I have already done that and there was no help. I had to go to their pro section to speak to a gentleman named Bill. He was very helpful and kind. We walked back over to the seasonal section and they were three associates at the computer desk and none of them can look right at me and just looked at Bill the associate at pro. The level of disrespect is mind-blowing. Bill continue to help me and find a nearby store that has this item in stock. He called and they placed it on hold for me. Now this is the level of customer service in a retail environment. This location should be proud to have someone like Bill. Now for the others, definitely a conversation about customer service. It really isn't hard to look up inventory from your system to see if this is actually. All they had to do is look up the MMS# like Bill did for me.
