Both Karen and Patrick were very kind and helpful. Patrick took the time to explain the hearing lose and how the hearing aids work. He was kind enough to let me try a pair on loan.Karen was very helpful in filling out forms for submition and took the time to explain the application process. This was a waste of my time. They advertised that they want a certain number of people for testing new hearing aid device. I was told at my appointment (I travelled from another city) that after two weeks if I still want to keep the hearing-aids, I will be billed for them. Basically, they didn't want me because, I couldn't afford to pay for it. I call this a scam. It is not for testing of the device; it is just a selling SCAM. I would never recommend this company.

I received at least 12 -15 calls from them, no messages left; they just called and let it go to messages without leaving one. Once I was available; at the time they called, they told me I needed a hearing test, which is fine, I booked the appointment; but why not leave a message one of the 15 times they called?!Then, I get even more phone calls to confirm the appointment I booked, plus a text and an email ~even though I confirmed verbally by phone & while on the phone they wanted to see if I need hearing aids while I’m there, I said I haven’t decided yet….I mean any purchase that is over $5,000 needs some consideration and after the ridiculous number of calls I wasn’t too sure how I felt about them, I mean why do I need that many calls.So as always I arrive 10minutes early for my appointment and end up sitting there for 25 minutes, I guess since I wasn’t getting hearing aids I could wait till well in to the appointment time. I loved hearing life in Calgary (Northland) however thanks to the Langley location they will no longer receive my business. I have never been harassed so much for a hearing test before and I’m ready for my fourth set of hearing aids. This place wreaks of desperation ~ how many phone calls should one person receive for a hearing test? How long should one have to wait being the only person in an office? I wasn’t even given the forms to fill out until 10 minutes in to the appointment time ~ no one else was there!! I have tremendous patience, but with so many harassing calls & after 25 minutes of sitting in the office i left.Hearing life will no longer receive mine or my families business.

I had good service at the beginning, but recently I wasn't impress with the way it went. Not very satisfied with the person servicing my hearing aid. Hope it gets better since they are guaranteed for 3 years.
