Just not for me. Great if you are comfortable with basically the whole church speaking in tongues, 'faith healing' of people who don't actually have known illnesses, 'prophecy' and loud showy music with flashing lights.The people there seem very friendly but they are all really into all of that stuff and it makes me really uncomfortable because it feels fake and predatory. Also they really seemed to be pressuring their members to give beyond what they normally would (for the offering). My inner warning bells went off like crazy.On the plus side they seem to have great kids programming and a nice cafe. But I need way more than that from a church.

They want a tenth of your income to be member. Very cult like experience. Forced speaking in tongues.Matt 6:5  And when you pray

If you want bible teaching and a word from Bible based preachers, then come to living hope.The Lord is moving in this church, come and be part of it..

Living Hope Church has 2 campuses. One at Garth and Limeridge rd West. This is where my wife and I go.The next location is on Cumberland Ave near Gage Park.Both locations are great and the ministry at Living Hope is diverse and amazing. They give away bicycles to those in need. They also serve the homeless at several different shelters by supplying their needs. Such as food, shoes, clothes, sleeping bags, Bibles, devotional tools, as well as much needed prayer and fellowship.If your looking for a church that is truly committed to following the word of God, and if your tired of other churches who like to pretend church, then Living Hope is where you need to be. We take the Word of God seriously. We encourage all believers in Christ to read the Word daily and follow the teachings of Jesus with care and truth. We believe that when a person has received Jesus as Lord of their life, that that person in Born Again. That means Holy Spirit lives inside your spirit. We encourage believers who have Holy Spirit to receive Holy Spirit. This is evidence by when a believer has received their prayer language, tongues" and or when they "prophecy". If your reading this

Very beautiful church filled with amazing and generous people! Lovely building and atmosphere. However I will nudge leadership to take a look at the character of some individuals. Mr hoppe is a rude judgemental character and should be checked on regularly.

Looks like My last review was deleted. I grew up here, spent my whole life until 17 in this place. Red flags everywhere in retrospect. I’m a leader in my current church in British Columbia and have needed a lot of healing from the way Living Hope had burned me and many, many others. Just steer clear of this place and give your tithes to a church who tells you exactly where the budget is being spent. And to whoever is deleting negative comments from myself and others I’ve spoken to, please stop trying to erase the hurt this place has done.

Got stuck here with an overheated car today (Aug 17, 2019). The parking lot volunteers were absolutely incredible and helped me to get water to refill my coolant so that I could get home! They were extremely kind and wished me well. Thank you for being an awesome community gathering with incredible people, helping those who attend and those who don't! And excellent example for the Hamilton community.

This is by far the best church in Hamilton. Growing up in a Catholic home I was sheltered from Christianity but as I got older I was able to understand more of what God has to offer in my life. Living Hope has a solid foundation of good teachings and knowledge for members and visitors. The pastors are wise in what they speak and the people there are giving back to the community around this city. I recommend this place to first time visitors as I was once in your position. Give this church a try and believe me that it’s worth it for what you will experience and learn. My life was changed forever and I am born again!

My home church! As the years go on our church is pouring out to the community more and more!The pastors are amazing Mary and Jay!.It’s a Bible teaching church and I am happy that this is where God placed me.
