Giant Tiger
A very nice, very organized and clean Giant Tiger. I find now since they have renovated there are less children's clothes/selection but there are much more female adult clothes. They often have sales which is great. It is a big store and it is laid out nicely.

Not a fan of how the staff member there was accusing me of denying a bag but going to continue to bag it when I had two hands to carry out my merchandise. Also continued to mock and make fun of the fact that I am a DJ for a sporting event “ohhh he’s the DJ for the game, I don’t know what that means I like a different sport” in a very sarcastic manner. This store needs to check their employees on their customer service skills. Professionalism is at level 0.

Went into GT for 2 things. Plumbers tape and a plant bubble for my plant. They had neither, but I still ended up spending $53 so I guess the store is good.

This store needs a new manager or owner. Very unhappy staff, stock is always out and store is dirty. Nothing worse then shopping and having to listen to staff complaining to each other about their jobs.

Giant tiger used to have a bigger selection when I was a kid. Now it seems like their stores are synonymous with empty shelves and are mainly stocked with clothing. I guess this is the affect that market dominance of internationally owned corps like Walmart have on even National chains. Mark my words, Giant Tiger has two fates. It will either be bought by a larger chain and retain its name but basically be used to market lower quality goods to lower income populations -or- it will within the next 10-15 years disappear from the market.

Worst Experience Ever. Manager is very racist. He discriminate customers by their skin colour. I don't appreciate his behaviour and Work Policy. My sincere request to Giant Tiger Senior Management Team to have a close watch On him and his policy.
