During a very cold snap in Calgary we woke up to now hot water. I am a relatively handy person and chatted very briefly with Tyler. An understandably very busy time for this industry he provided a quick fix to the usual problem advising that if this didn't fix the problem to contact him back. Not only a quick fix but a ridiculously easy one that most homeowners should know to check in the winters, but don't. Larger companies would have charged a service call and more for diagnostics/repairs. Tyler saved us time and money as well as saved himself time from dealing with something so simple and is now able to serve those that are in real need.So grateful to have hot water again! With our relatively new sump pump failing we found Tyler through Ducky's Drains who recommended him. Owning his own business, Tyler works independently from them. He was personable from the start as we talked over the phone about what was going on and what we had tried to do to rectify the situation ourselves. He kept us informed of his arrival time, was quick to ascertain the cause of the failure and equipped to fix it for us during that visit. I would definitely recommend Tyler. Tyler was able to get my hot water tank replaced quickly and professionally. He gave me a few options and prices, took time to explain things and I was able to get a replacement within 24hrs. Great guy and great service.

The heating boiler went out on a very cold day. The response was quick even though we are on an acreage. Tyler is very knowledgeable and had us up and running in good time

Tyler was fantastic in responding to my hot water tank pipe leaking. He asked for a couple of pictures of where the leak was coming from and was on site in 45 minutes. He was efficient and so personable while he was fixing the pipe. He was honest about some future work inquiries that I asked if I needed and said to wait until this happens and then make the changes. Will be looking forward to the next time I need some repairs done and Poulin Plumbing will be my first call! Thanks Tyler!

Called Tyler after 7PM one evening to check his availability to fix our furnace. He was able to come that same night equipped with heaters and some spare parts for our furnace. This was a relief given the temperatures that week were >-20c. Tyler was able to rig up a blower to keep heat in the house until the next morning when the part was available. He was flexible in making arrangements and came when he said he was going to. The new blower has been installed now for just about a month and is working fantastic. Service is excellent, Tyler is great and the price in my opinion was very reasonable. I will definitely use Tyler again! Thank you!

Tyler Was very patient and friendly with questions that I had regarding the service call. He was even kind enough to give me tips and recommendations on how to get the most out of my heating unit so it lasts as long as possible.
