Found this company to be very responsive, professional and competitive. I would certainly highly recommend to anyone looking to have quality work done. Job site is always well maintained and includes end of work day cleanup. Timing to start work was quick s was time for completion. Turn around start to finish in our case was 1 1/2 days.

Very responsive when I asked for a quote - and they were the only company that detailed, in writing, what they would do, what might need to be done, etc. They coordinated directly with my solar panel company to schedule the work. They communicated very well and showed up on time to start the work. It was all completed on time. Very thorough clean up afterwards - exceeded my expectations. I very highly recommend Red Truck Roofing.

We had some damage from a storm. When I called, was quoted to come take down the piece of metal and put it back on. It took me several times of follow up to see when Scott was coming and it kept getting pushed out. It's not the issue of delay due to scheduling - I understand that a storm causes a busy schedule. My issue is me having to be the one to constantly check over a few days if he came.The metal was too damaged to put back on. I received an invoice for the full amount. It surprised me that it was the full amount because I thought it was quoted for repair, not just a visit.I asked for a quote to replace the metal and Scott said he would get back to me on it. I also asked if we could work the first fee into the total repair job (typical from other trades) and we agreed to discuss further when he had quotes. Over 3 weeks since then and I still heard nothing and got no quotes and no repair. But he certainly remembered to followed up on payment. Poor customer service.

We have used Red Truck Roofing for large and small jobs and have always been satisfied with the work and communication with the company. Will use again.

Scott provided an estimate with three different options. The other two companies we had come look didn't offer this type of estimate. This is what made red truck Roofing an easy choice for us. Scott told us when he would be here and even called and told us he could start earlier than initially planned, provided that worked for us. Which it did.His crew was amazing! Got the job done in one day. They came in prepared the yard, and cleaned it up nicely. Other than the new roof you couldn't tell they were here.Amazing work red truck Roofing. I tried to get a quote from this contractor for a couple weeks now and have been ghosted. No idea why. A guy named Scott reached out to me once after I used their website to send a quote. He sent me a text message which is totally reasonable. To me, that means that they probably have the ability to read messages that you text back. Apparently not. When I have sent them messages back, they don't reply. I got a random phone call on a Saturday asking for details and it's been a week without any development nor contact. It feels like their communication is a one way street when they need you.

I called to have Seiling's Red Truck Roofing come to help with black mold found on the plywood on the roof. The damage was found while doing a complete bathroom reno. Before even talking to me Scott had done a complete roof inspection and just needed to see what the damage was on the inside. He was thorough and noticed all the issues that my contractor had advised me to point out to the roofer without me having to tell him. They were quick to act and fit in our roof (as we currently don't have a shower) work. The crew that came did an excellent job and cleaned up everything the only evidence that was left of having a roof put on is the actual roof. I would recommend this company hands down to anyone!
