ELITE HEATING OIL (Discount Furnace Oil)

Ordered oil on January 11th online and sent money through e transfer, never showed up. Called, texted and emailed since and no answer and no money sent back been over 2 weeks…. Not impressed and definitely not a good look. Now LYING about delivering oil to me sent me half of my money back saying they topped up my oil tank but could only fit 82 litres because it was full. My oil tank hasn’t seen higher than 3/4 of a tank in the last year with the price of oil being so high. Not only are they stealing money now they are lying about delivering oil. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I'm very displeased with the service and my experience as a whole. I ordered oil using the online option on wednesday for thursday fill. I called Thursday to get an ETA on delivery where I was told, it was impossible to provide a timeframe. As it is a busy time of year, I opted to pay over the phone so I wouldn't have to be home when they arrived. They didn't end up showing nor did I receive a notification of any kind to let me know why. I called that evening and left a message to call me back to let me know when they'd be able fill. I never received a response or any oil so after 4 days of waiting without any communication as to why I went with another company and will continue to do so moving forward.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYThey have been taking money from customers and not delivering oil, and then sending nasty messages to customers.Very unprofessional

I ordered oil online and they accepted my money . No oil no reply 500 I'm with no oil no money and kids. I ordered from them the same way a little over a month ago and no problem it came. Ppl and companies like this disgust me. It doesn't take much to reply

The difference of some 4.0 ... 4.2 companies to 4.5+ is respect to customers, making sure that you will have what you need, in time! Quick great service! Professional. Easy on site payment which makes things very convenient. Will keep doing business with Elite Heating Oil for sure as well as telling others on how good their service is.

Great Service, fast responses, and personable employees.Was outside this morning when I noticed my oil level was really low. I probably had a week or so left, but wanted to put in the request ASAP.My first time as a new homeowner ordering, so I was slightly nervous. Got a call around 30minutes after putting in my request, and was told a truck was in my area and could be there in an hour; perfect. Truck showed up, employee was very nice and personable, cracked a few jokes.Oil prices are on par with any other company in HRM - and I wasn't even charged an emergency fee despite getting a fill within only 2hours of putting in my request.Overall great service, very happy, will be using again in the future.

Wish we would have read the recent reviews before sending them money, they are 5 days late on our oil and haven’t responded to any messages. Would be understandable if they’d just answer their phone. Like a similar reviewer, our bank says we should file a police report for the e-transfer they accepted. Hopefully they will respond before it gets to that point, but seems highly unlikely since this isn’t an isolated incident.

Ordered oil 2 days ago online. No oil delivered. No response to MULTIPLE messages and now their voice-mail won't even receive messages. Did they go out if business? Not happy. $400 sent and they automatically deposited so looks like a fraud situation or they've gone out of business yet their website is STI collecting money

Business appears to be shut down. Voicemail on phone not updated since Jan 10, they are not answering their phone, no one has called me back about my scheduled booking. Do not e-transfer them money, you may not get it back or any oil.

Ordered oil for Tuesday Jan 10th using the online option. No one showed up, figured it would show up the next day, and still nothing. No response from their Facebook, and no response to text or phone calls. As of now, still no one from the company has responded. Pass on this company, your better off elsewhere.
