I have had chronic back pain for 20 years. Afshan helped me get better quickly. The exercises she gave me have helped a lot and after a long time, I feel no pain in my back or legs.

I have been coming here for almost a year for back issues, and with the help of Afshan I have less pain and we actually see improvement. She told me what my issues were and helped me through the process of getting better. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I highly recommend Afshan.I also see Brittany for my massages. She is amazing. She always seems to know how much pressure to apply to get the job done. I always feel relaxed when she is done. The entire staff at the front and the back are also amazing. I highly recommend this place.

I am so thankful for the treatment I've received from Afshan Panjwani. She is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and understanding. Afshan effectively substituted exercises for others that proved too challenging and kept adding additional ones as I made progress. My issues with back and leg pain have efficiently been addressed. Afshan has willingly given me suggestions to address other areas of concern as well. The rest of the staff are there to assist as needed and are very friendly and helpful.

The staff is friendly and attentive. Afahan is amazing at her work and very responsive to my needs. The rest of the team including Adam, Brad and Ryan plus the team at the desk are excellent, professional and effective. I highly recommend this clinic.

I am completely happy with the service, the administrative assistants and physiotherapist are beyond my expectations and special thanks to Afshan the physiotherapist. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant person. I had bad injury on my leg and shoulder and she helped me lot by careful attention and patience. Office is very tidy and clean.

Very clean and friendly environment, never felt rushed! Rehab staff was very thorough and insightful, answered all they questions I had. One of the best Rehab team I have come across.Chiro was very skilled dealing with my lower back and shoulder problems. Exercises were available in house or virtual. Definitely worth signing up, got a lot of my mobility back!
