Staff is always so helpful! For someone who goes in there with a list from a construction company and having little knowledge on what or where to find things I almost always leave with what I need.

Alot of workers seem to be in every aisle. More workers than customers.. Weird. But my experience was alright nothing to write home about.

Love this place!!!Everything you need to build, to tinker, to fix, to repair.I said for years, lock me in here overnight and lets see what you can build!!Great store, and I've been to many.Great staff and great location.

Great place to shop.Surplus always has hidden gems!! It's also a great place work.

I live in Northampton and love run down to buy (stuff)I went in today to buy a motorcycle dolly.the lady was so helpful, funny and took me right to the spot .I didn't get her name but she was amazing

Staff are great, but the “manager” I spoke to today was hostile and rude. I’ve been looking for a an item that was out of stock for months, finally 2x were in-stock, went in yesterday, they couldn’t find it. No problem. Called this morning, they have found it. Drive back, no one can find it but the item is still “in-stock”. I speak with the staff as customer service, while her personal relation skills need improvement, she was helpful in trying to find it. This “manager” however became extremely hostile towards me when I asked if they would put my name on the item once it was found. She asked “what do you want me to do?!”, I simply asked for my name to be put on it so it wouldn’t be sold to someone else as I have been waiting for months. They “won’t do anything about it”. I shop here weekly and usually the staff are great, but these two need to learn how to treat and talk to customers!

Well layed out, easy to fund yourself around and never have to wait in line very long if at all. Prices are better on most if not all of the products they carry compared to any other store.

One of my favorite stores in Frederiton. It takes an hour or so to walk through the whole store. But it’s definitely worth it because you’ll find all kinds of different things. Make sure you look real close. The staff is excellent and always willing to help. Online selection it out of this world

Went by looking for a couple very specific items, I have no clue where to find them in the store. But I didn't even need to ask. I'm sure their staff are helpful - if I'd ask them - but I found everything right where things ought to be, in the appropriate sections laid out perfectly.
