Good breakfast spot. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly, although the service was a little slow. I recommend this place for their excellent omelettes!

Worst experience ever. Brought my family of 19. All the orders were either incorrect or something was missing. The waitress seem to refuse to accept her mistake and instead was trying to convince us she wrote what we ordered. A mistake could be in 1 order, not 80% of the order. Very unorganized. Tasteless food. Poor service. If only I had seen the ratings before. Very, very disappointed. Definitely not going back.

SUPER SLOW. The waitress was nice but it still took her 20 mins+ to get our order. 35 mins later after ordering, we got only the hot chocolate from the kids menu. It had been 55 mins of us waiting and seing people eating and finishing their meal. My husband had to ask another waitress where was our order and she told us they were preparing it just now. We waited a total for 1:15 without food before deciding to leave (we still left more than necessary for the hot chocolate we got) but NEVER AGAIN. Spare yourself, don’t go there, EVER. Other reviews confirm this too

We went for breakfast on a Monday of a holiday in May. It was Inviting, well-light, smelled good, spacious and lots of options of meals. Service/food was slow to arrive but was delicious and large portions. (Great place to share a meal)The restaurant was busy but no line up for a table.The restaurant is inside a mall and accessible for mobility reduce or strollers. Lots of parking. There is about 80 seats of booth and tables. The seats are vinyl and looked clean. Tables were large and clean.The menu has a huge variety of breakfast / lunch options for all tastes.There is a kids menu and smaller appetite menu.I appreciated the half sweet/savory options. The kids had chocolate coco (banana stuffed crepes with Nutella, 2 eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast) it was great according to them. I had the half waffles strawberry fusion. (With two eggs, potatoes, toast, bacon, fruit). It was tasty. But I was a little disappointed by the coulis". It was more a "compote" then a berry syrup.They provided ketchup

Not a busy day on a Monday. Not a lot of people and not a lot of waitress for a slow day. It’s been 50 minutes that we were seated and we still hadn’t had our order. People after us got their order first. We confronted the waitress about the situation, she totally agreed and apologized for the wait. She was explaining how the chefs in the kitchen were the ones to blame for the lateness and apologized again. The waitress very nice but the kitchen chefs needs to be worked on. The waitress were having multiple complains from other customers and again they were nice to give us a discount because of this situation.

Terrible breakfast place!!!!! Service was super slow. Portions were super small and not what they serve in all the other allo mon cocos. Not enough fruits on plate (only few orange and melon slices. No berries or other fruits). The milkshake had no toppings (usually it had fruits and whipped cream) and they got all orders almost wrong.

Avoid this location at all cost. Not worth your money & time.What's going on with this restaurant today? I'm a recurring Allo mon Coco customer, but this franchise is off brand when it comes to food. The chocolate doesn't taste like Nutella, but the cheap stuff from the dolar store. The creme anglaise also didn't taste like it usually does. The peanut butter isn't drizzled on the waffles, it was 3 big unceremonious lumps of dense spread-matter. The egg benedict english muffin wasn't cooked/hot, so the cheese hadn't melted.

Service was all over the place and very long. We were served before another table that was there way before us, and two others had to leave. Looks like nobody had no clue of what was happening. They made a mistake for my egg, asked for scrambled and got turned over. Also, whipped cream is not English cream, why bother putting it on the menu if you don't know what it is. The mashed potatoes were awful, tasted like old faucet water and got us sick. The waffles were kind of wet and tasted microwaved. Do not recommend....

After 20 minutes I had to ask for a server for a glass of water and to take my 19 months old order. Took one hour to get my daughter’s meal then another 30 minutes for my mother’s meal. My meal came after when they were done. Eggs were undercooked, bread was not even half toasted. Bacon looked like a piece of dog treat. All plates were cold and I could go on. Really not impressed won’t be visiting this restaurant again.

This is the slowest and worst Allo Mon Coco in the entire province. The service is as bad as the food on the plate. I don't understand how you can screw up eggs and bacon but this specific store manages to do it. You will wait 15 minutes before you're served a glass of water or coffee and 35 minutes before you see your food. So many other good breakfast places in the area, I wouldn't recommend any specific one but I definitely would recommend to avoid this one.
