Completely unhelpful when a kitchen appliance breaks less than a week in. Returns not allowed. Was told they deal with manufacturers and warranties for the first 90 days when I purchased my item, but when I called to ask about returning/exchanging the manager told me that this was incorrect and there is absolutely nothing they can do.
